My old gym had these. I didn't care for them at the time because I was used to a shittier bar that bent a lot. It felt more comfortable to squat with so I avoided their newer bars.

After I built my home gym, i bought the ohio powerbar and im coming to like the more aggresive knurling and lack whip even at high weights.

What's wrong with showing off your gains?
Examples:

Seems like this is really frowned upon in here.
Is it because most people here are either skelly DYELs or permabulking wannabe powerlifters, and have no gains to show off?

stop for at least a month after, this is the perfect first time cycle to test your tolerance/reactions

I use nac but not pyruvate, also done a cycle w/o both, no difference.

Now doing 500mg/day with 24dnp's stuff. 6 days in, -4lbs. Im on no carb though, so water should be +/- 0.
Definitely the best weather atm for this - naked with the door open feels like normal, its +5 celcius outside.
I feel when doing no carbs at all, is better for the carb cravings that might get crazy, but if you dont allow yourself any, its going better. Also no hunget at all, eating 160g prot / 0-20g carbs / 50-100g fat depending which meat im using.
That being said, there is even less energy in the gym available compared to dnp+carbs but I can manage to do whats needed so my body wont get any ideas that it could give away muscle rather than fat, which could happen without hitting the gym and without sending the signal that muscle growth is necessary

My bench is kinda weak (36kg using dumbbells and as such am doing 3x8) and my bench is progressing slow compared to my other lifts (54kg squat)
Would doing a set of pushups to failure after each bench set regardless of hitting 8 reps do anything? Or do I just slowly push on?

Why are you pressing with Dumbbells?

Are you allowing for recovery?

Try doing 5 sets of increasing weight each time. So 1 set of lets say 50, then one of 52,5, then 55, 57,5 and finally 60.

Then on your next workout start at 52,5 on your first set and end at 62,5. You get the idea. This way you will progress quickly if you eat enough food.

na it works senpai, desu i found when i lower frequency it means i take each sesh more srs and actually focus and learn more, plus sesh fully dedicated to one lift helps too
do pulls for tech and for strength, sometimes both (tech pulls first obv)
id swap fsq and bsq, add rack holds or jerk dips on tue
rdls are pulls, so shud go on cj day sometimes if u rly want to do them

also add like 20-30min bbing/core every day
