I don't have any books but I could offer a few rock-climbing tips:
>use chalk when you want to climb better and focus on technique
>bare hands for grip and muscle strength

>grip holds so loose that you think you're gonna fall (you won't)
>use all parts of body to climb (I hook holds with elbows and knees to let my hands rest

>don't stress particular routes too much, they were designed by one person who probably doesn't match up at all to your size and skill
>mix up top roping and bouldering

>don't spend too much time "thinking out" your routes: often you will start to climb and realize what you wanted to do is entirely impossible

>even a ten lb weight difference makes an incredible alteration to climbing ability.

>core and legs are most important in many climbing routes

>practice climbing without hands in easy routes

I'm a beginner but this is some of what I have picked up over the years

Hey /fit/, newfag over here. Lemme introduce myself.

I am one of those /b/tards that occasionally visit 4chan to search for webm porn. I'll be honest, I never really liked /fit/ in the first place, but now that I think about it there are quite some respectable individuals here.

I'll get straight to the point, I'm tired of fapping myself to sleep when there are so many cute girls out there I could be fucking, and I want to do them. So my question to /fit/ is, how many of you had actually started working out toward the goal to fuck girls eventually? What kept/keeps you going? How feasible do you think this whole silly thing is, as in do you think that stupid motivation would be enough to keep me going? (I've attempted a workout regimen several times over the course of 5-7 years, each lasted several months, all to some goal like "better my health overall", "to live healthily" but could be stick to it perhaps because the goal was too general and did not carry enough motivation, so this time I'm being perfectly honest and very specific and hoping it would be different.)

I'm a 23yo straight male and still a virgin, by the way. This sounds delusional AF but I really want to try and change myself for real this time.
