This makes me wanna throw up like literally, shit, so much high fructose clem syrup that stuff is so gross. And yes I can tell the difference between that and real sugar.
BUT I too have been thinking about McDonald's sausage egg mcmuffin. I've eating there probably a bit too often but I am skellington with no appetite ever do if that's what's gonna get me to eat I'll do it. But i never get full meals ever. I either get sausage egg mcmuffin, maybe with extra sausage patty, or 2 bacon mcdoubles. I never get does fries or a drink or anything. Maybe it doesn't make a difference but it makes me feel better about it.
(Please don't tell me mcd's has high fructose corn syrup, i don't wanna know)
Hey /fit/ I wanna learn martial arts what is the best style?
if youre tall taekwondo
>>37255664
Depends on if your area of interest
If you just want to be able to defend yourself well in a scuffle, boxing and MT are always very good choices. Boxing teaches you very good defense (to the point where basically you're untouchable to someone untrained) and MT teaches you how to hit/trip people from all ranges including clinching
best style for what? if you want to learn real fighting then forget martial arts. if you want to have fun then martial arts are great, but honestly the "best" depends much more on the specific schools in your area than the style itself. every school is unique in some way. some are filled with assholes, some are filled with poor martial arts masters and some are just plain awesome.
sup /fit/ im barrel chested and want to know how i can improve my aesthetics since my arms look like shit because of the size of my chest and ribcage. I should probably focus less on the chest and more on the arms? Would that work ? i can bench around 130 kg and my pecs are pretty big too
>>37255628

>>37255628

>>37255039

>>37255049
But riding in the forest at night seems so spooky.
>>37255049
You can die any time from an undetected illness and you won't even know before you're dead for all eternity.

I might have to decrease arm size aswell and slight increase calves. Everything else seems pretty close to him. Also I need to grow a moustache.
Why don't you go rock-climbing /fit/?
I don't live in a rock climbing area :(
>implying the only reason I lift isn't for antagonist training to avoid injury
>>37254820
>Socialise with other climbers
>Challenge of mapping out your route (i.e. brain power required)
>Natural workout
I see no downsides.
Is squatting on the toilet really preferable? I thought it was just a meme but I'm not sure anymore. Set me straight /fit/

Damnit pajeet.
Could you just sit normal and lean forward to create a 35 degree poop angle?

>>37254810
Fuck off, weightlifters do it too.
/fit/ how do you cook your chicken breasts?
>>37254721
With 2 scoops and a pinch of semen for flavor
Half thaw in microwave (3-4 minutes at THIRTY PERCENT POWER. This is important!)
Cut into thin strips or cubes. This is easiest in its semi-thawed state.
Thaw it some more in the microwave at low power. If a little bit denatures this is a no biggie
Put paper towels on a fresh plate, transfer cubed chicken over and blot out excess moisture.
Stir fry with peanut or vegetable oil on the hottest your stove can go. Deglaze the crunchy bits stuck to the pan with vinegar and then move to plate.
Salt and garlic powder after.
Awesome crispy, juicy texture with minimal ingredients
Grilled with salt
I like to make a honey sriracha chicken fried in a bit of olive oil
I also have a bunch of different rubs I've picked up from places on the Internet/my mom's cookbook, I'll put them in a bit of olive oil, sprinkle the rub on there, maybe mix some broccoli or other veggies in there and add a bit more rub and cook till it's done
Any /fit/ actually use these? Never seen anyone under 250lbs wear one of these meme watches
My cousin does and shes pretty hot
Wear one for an online gym. Gives information you already know if you're interested in fitness. If you're clueless it's useless at best, dangerous at its worst. The calorie burns are retarded, HRM useless for accuracy. 157 lbs.

how does she smell
So I have a 1/25million genetic disease. It was confirmed last Monday. I've kept fit my whole life and was even briefly paid to play basketball but I always had joint problems and I was always underweight for a PF.
So now that I know, cons;
I'll get softball tissue injuries all the time until I die. I could tear a ligament opening a milk bottle one day.
I am already developing osteoarthritis at 26.
I am not supposed to lift weights since I have about 1000 times the normal aneurysm/haemorrhage risk.
It causes "severe chronic muscle wasting".
I can't fix the muscle wasting because roids would raise blood pressure and this will definitely kill me.
I have a bunch of minor skeletal deformities like scheurmanns kyphosis which caused a lot of pain when I was young but which were improved by strength training. Now that I've been off training for a few months, these problems are starting to come back
And the worst con of all is the only pro: i'm basically incapable of getting type 2 diabetes because I'm resistant to insulin resistance. This sounds great but it means that my disease is being studied to help the fucking fatties who bitch about THEIR genetics.
So what the fuck do I do? Do I go gentle into that good night?
How can I maintain as much strength as possible without doing anything that will impact my blood pressure briefly and kill me?
Tl;dr I-I'm not gonna make it /fit/, hold me, I'm scared.
Pic related, it's my knee joints now.
>softball tissue
Soft tissue. Fuck me for posting from my phone
>>37254541
what disease do you have ?
>>37254559
A rare variation on Loeys-dietz syndrome.
Heart rate: 236 bpm
Last night I took my fat burner and went on partying, took a shitton of Red Bull like drinks with alcohol and started to feel weird, so I checked my heart rate: 236 bpm.
It quickly went down to 190 and then 120, but it is normal to have a heart rate that high? I though your maximum was 220-Age which in my case should be 198.
>>37254476
>fat burner
dnp?
>>37254483
Hydroxycut Hardcore by Muscletech.
That is insanely high for a heart rate.
It's probably because you took a lot of stimulants.
It should be in the range of like 60-90
