He has never put on an amazing amount of mass, for tracking his diet and training for 3 years its nothing exceptional.

I've been a fan of his videos for a while, he just has great V taper due to bone structure and pretty good insertions. Even in his earliest videos you could see his shoulders "popping" and waist incredibly small. Plus because his videos are filmed from like 2-3 years back you can see a slow progression in strength.

I'd say he is natural, with good genetics. Don't think he photoshops. I know a few people with insane proportions like him and long limbs. Certain angles can look great with that sort of structure. Other times he looks really long and skinny.

Over summer I'll be able to lift as often as I want-ie 6 days a week if possible. However, most strength routines are 3 days a week. Will my strength progress slower if I adopt a routine that is a 6 day than a 3 day routine?

I did it /fit/

I'd mentioned here a few times that for the last two years I've been losing a fuckton of weight (310~ to 170~), doing a ton of cardio every day, and lifting on a regular MWF (No real gainz yet, but only a month in to lifting), but my mom was being a massive cunt about me losing weight.

Well, she came to visit today. After a solid 30 minutes of hearing "You're starving yourself! Don't you have money for food? Do you need money? You look like a skeleton! Here, let me bring you the worst, high calorie fried garbage I can cook!" I finally snapped on her. I told her that I was still technically a little overweight, I have plenty of food, and that two years ago I got tired of being like the rest of my family (Fat, unhappy, and living in a shit backwoods town). Didn't say much for a while but she eventually left, I don't feel the slightest bit bad. This goes out to all you with shit, overweight, crabs-in-a-bucket families. You don't need them. Move to the nearest big city, get a cool apartment, and work towards your goals.

Hello, /fit/,

I started following scooby's guide to 6 packs and running everyday for 35 minutes. http://scoobysworkshop.com/losing-weight-and-building-6-pack-abs/ The problem I have right now are blisters, my feet are covered with them, pic related, it's my toes.

I recently bought shoes specifically for running and doing cardio. I'm not sure if the blisters are because if the shoes or the intensity and frequency of the excercise.

How do you deal with blisters /fit/? How often do you run? How do you pick running shoes? How much do you run?

i find it difficult to do more than about 4 chinups in a row, but if i just stand on the floor for a second between chinups then i can do plenty. is there any reason i shouldn't do this?

Your stabilizing muscles are probably weak to some degree. If you want to make them stronger, don't stand on the floor between each rep. It'll probably help your bench press and other exercises if you do strengthen them though.

Op try doing the reps but holding it for as long as you possible minimizing a 30 second rest. Increase hold time and decrease rest time i.e.

rep hold 5 secs
Rest 30 secs
Rep hold 10 secs
Rest 20 secs

Sup bros. In 2 weeks i will have a cooper test (for those who dont know what it is, its basically running for 12 min as much as you can) and i would like to improve my condition a bit.

is it possible in a span of 2 weeks? What should i do? Just run like an idiot everyday?

Last time i tried it after some minutes i had a pain in the chest area which fucked me up badly and dunno what to do about it (no i dont smoke and i am not overweight)
