Wife beaters are ok, just make sure you wipe your sweat off the equipment. No one wants to sit in a pool of you after you're done with your set.

I love lifting weights but hate doing abs. Is the ab roller enough for me to have nice sculpted abs or what other exercise do I need to supplement my routine?

My 400lb sister-in-law has started another diet and is spamming Facebook with how easy losing weight is and bragging about how she cooks now and how easy not eating is. Everybody thinks it's great, even though this is the first week of the twelfth diet ... Meanwhile I've changed my lifestyle over the last few years, am actually down from 330 to 265 and all I get is shit because everybody is mad I didn't tell them I was "dieting".

So I'm here quietly suffering and losing and she's blathering on about how easy it is- and SHE gets all the support. Pic related, it's my dinner.

Answer me this /fit/ -

Why the FUCK is Asda (UK version of and owned by Walmart) the only UK supermarket that sells chicken breast you can cook from frozen? Pic related.

Now surely a chicken breast is a chicken breast, and you can either cook it from frozen or you can't, right?

Every other frozen chicken breast product in the damn country says "defrost thoroughly for a minimum blah blah" and official advice from any organisation/anyone who knows shit about cooking is "defrost chicken before cooking it, or it'll burn/go dry on the outside and still be frozen in the middle".

Yet this chicken is nice, tasty, juicy, and seems to have no magic fucking ingredient added.

It's also cheap as fuck, easy to make, and lasts forever in my freezer.

The only downside is there's a Tesco on my doorstep, but the nearest ASDA is a 40 minute drive away.

This. It's not a normie physique at all. It takes some degree of effort to obtain/maintain. Probably not a ton depending on genetics, but more work than the average normie puts in (2 months after New Years, maybe some cardio spread out across the month)
