I lost a shitton of weight over 3 and a half months but eventually my weight loss had slowed to a crawl because of slowed down metabolism so I've taken a 1 week break to try to get my metabolism back up, today I'm supposed to go back to fasting until all remaining fat is gone. Do I need 2 weeks to get metabolism back or is 1 enough?

To be honest you metabolism is not going to just reset after a week, or even two weeks. Extreme calorie deficitdiets have long lasting effects. A recent study showed that biggest loser contestants have a resting metabolism 800 calories lower than the average for a person their size, because they harmed their metabolism so bad.

Now, I am not saying this happened to you, I do not know how much you way, how much you eat, and how much you lost. However, I would advise against fasting diets and sever calorie deficit diets.

If you want to "restart" you metabolism, I would suggest finding your maintenance calories and eating that while using your calorie by doing cardio. Then lower your calories to 500-1000 under your maintenance level.

So /fit/, I started taking creatine about a month ago and now I'm pissing blood. Not a lot (pic isn't of my piss) but enough to worry me. I went to the doctor and they're going to do some tests. Is it normal to piss blood while on creatine? I'm only taking about 4 grams a day and I didn't do a loading phase.
If it's not the creatine, it might be something to do with having unprotected sex. Hope I don't have an STD.

I just climbed 213 floors in 30 mins on the stair master.

I have not done Cardio more than 6 times in the past year.

My face is dark red, my heart is still pounding ten minutes later, my sides are cramping and I may puke.

I do 3 sets to failure: 1 wide grip, 1 close grip overhand, 1 chin up.

Gonna start working out in an actual gym soon. So far I've just been doing bodyweight exercises at home and counting calories for past few months. Haven't been super serious/strict about it, but I've gotten some results.

Anyways, going to the gym: do I need a gym buddy? What purpose does one serve? Why do I need one? I'm just a betafag that doesn't have any friends. I prefer as little interaction as possible. I don't plan on getting /that/ much muscle, goal body is somewhere in the twunk range.
