This makes me wanna throw up like literally, shit, so much high fructose clem syrup that stuff is so gross. And yes I can tell the difference between that and real sugar.

BUT I too have been thinking about McDonald's sausage egg mcmuffin. I've eating there probably a bit too often but I am skellington with no appetite ever do if that's what's gonna get me to eat I'll do it. But i never get full meals ever. I either get sausage egg mcmuffin, maybe with extra sausage patty, or 2 bacon mcdoubles. I never get does fries or a drink or anything. Maybe it doesn't make a difference but it makes me feel better about it.

(Please don't tell me mcd's has high fructose corn syrup, i don't wanna know)

dropped 27 pounds in the past three months, still have a long way to go. But shit seems to be getting better. My original goal was to get to 200 pounds(I'm 6'4") but I'm not sure I have that much fat to lose.
