Wear one for an online gym. Gives information you already know if you're interested in fitness. If you're clueless it's useless at best, dangerous at its worst. The calorie burns are retarded, HRM useless for accuracy. 157 lbs.

You can track your daily TDEE pretty accurately so they are nice of you do flexible dieting...

I do and it's really good. It mainly helps when it comes to forming fitness habits. Calorie burning isn't too accurate - better to use other tools and enter exercises in manually - but the step counter and HRM seem pretty legit for me.
