Sup /fit/, is this decent progress for 2 1/2 months?
I've been eating at a caloric surplus, but I've noticed I can't really progress on my bench only at lmao1pl8, I've deloaded a couple of times, but I assume it's because I'm not eating as much, so I'm trying too. I'm progressing on everything else.

What should I do?

I have 10,000 calories in snacks in my kitchen right now. I just eat them with meals or when I feel hungry. After getting full I stop eating.

If you've been cutting too hard or for over 4 weeks, you're likely glycogen depleted and your body wants carbohydrates to
replenish them. You could just down 1000 kcal of carbs and you likely would just regain glycogen and tons of water weight
