What do you guys do about your stomach stretch marks?

Shoulder stretch marks are socially ok but stomach stretch marks are disgusting.

I'm thinking about covering them with water proof make-up till I lose some more weight in order to go the beach and not feel insecure as fuck

Do you guys ever wear make-up to cover your stretch marks?

Any ausbros here that can suggest a good half rack for a home gym that isn't expensive as fuck? I was considering a full rack but I don't want to keep taking the bar out of the rack every time I want to do OHP.

I don't want to cheap out on a half rack since it probably needs to be more well built in comparison to a full rack but I don't want to spend almost double the cost of a full rack after shipping for something like pic related.

Just get squat stands, can get decent ones for $100 AUD and they are sturdy as fuck. No safety tho but just don't drop it faggot.

Or you could get the half rack from Gym Direct, that's what I was gonna do but I found a used full rack with cables for $150 so was cheering. Use gumtree, where are you located?

Otherwise healthy, fit young male starts getting middle-back spasms on the job lifting 30-50 pound boxes. Debilitating pain for about an hour, muscle settles down a little but remains tender for days after. Pain from tenderness alleviated largely by keeping shoulders back and upper back tight and engaged when bending and lifting.

Safe to assume that I've just been punished for lazy posture? Anything special to do other than be more disciplined and develop the upper back more?

I'm getting some surgery done tomorrow and I'll be on a strict diet of non solid foods for 6 weeks. Also no working out either. Anyone know of mushy foods that won't get me fat, or exercises I can do to keep some muscle?

I currently weigh 108.5 kg (240lbs) i have been losing around 1kg (2.2lbs) a day for 8 days straight now. I try too eat 1200 calories max in 2 meals 1 meal at 1 oclock and 1 meal at 7. I also bike 50km (30miles) at 30kmph (18.5mph) every single day for the last 2 weeks. I am worried that i am dropping weight to soon and that this is somehow doing damage to my body. Because on avarage people tend to lose weight much slower. I am in the state of hunger alot especially at night. What do you guys think about this?

For those who who know what ADFA is. I am in my 2nd last year of high school and I have definitely chosen to apply to ADFA and become a soldier in the military I am a sergeant in the AAFC and I know what kind of life a soldier would live in the field.

You will need good grades to get into adfa

If you want to go sas id suggest going general entry rifleman, as you wont have much chance as a pog as they will turn you into a shit cunt

I just weigh out 30g of protein powder into a coffee mug and drink it with 125g skim milk. I usually max out at two 30g serves per day and 250g milk, which is total 60g protein (whey is 48g, for 250g of the skim milk i get is 12g protein)

I get another 100-120g from food to max out at 160-180g total protein for the day which is perfect my manlet status.

Its been proven that anything above 1.8g per kg bodymass doesnt give any benefit, and this amount is easily achievable through diet. Excess protein puts a strain on your kidneys and may lead to compacted dry stool.

Dont only look at the scale. Meassure circumfences around belly,love handles, chest, neck.

Mirror can be your friend but it is hard to judge yourself objectively if you see yourself everyday.

Dont go lower in cals or you will lose muscle mass and cosplay jack skellington.
