What do you guys think about weight training a gorilla? If I started with a young one, I could teach it how to lift weights. Eventually I would start putting the gorilla on testosterone cycles. How much do you think this thing could lift? Some natty gorillas have weighed up to 500 lbs. How much do you think a roided up gorilla could weigh? What type of weight training program would be best for a gorilla?

What to do if your parents are gains goblins?

>Won't let me sleep enough to recover normally(they go to sleep at like 11 pm and are up by 6 being loud AF, so even if I sleep at the same time as them it's not enough)
>Keep nagging me about getting a job and moving out and doing chores which further lowers my testosterone via cortisol
>Won't buy good food so I can't bulk nor cut properly
>Can't get gf because of their bullshit

Fuck man I know I'm a NEET but why do they have to be like this? I'm so jeally of other neets.

I always have the problem that when cut season comes around I cut, but since my face is always the first to lose weight I get really gaunt in the face before it cuts from everywhere else. I'm sitting at approx 9% BF atm, and I know if I go any lower I'll start to get gaunt face. What do you guys recommend I do to keep a healthy looking face, but still sculpt for the summers

Good for the average person who is skinny fat to build a little muscle and lean out but if you want to be anything above slightly above average you need to lift weights

No, you need to push your core outwards to brace it. This is why squat plugs are popular: they're like a belt, giving you something to brace against.

/Pol/tard here. I've never been on your autistic page before so please bear with me.

I have been skinnyfat for a majority of my life. People always classify me as in between because I'm literally NOT skinny, but I'm definitely NOT fat either. It's a pretty shitty body, as you can well imagine, and i'm sure there are loads of people here who used to be like me.

With the exception of doing a strenuous sport in high school, I haven't worked out in a while and I'm beginning to hate my fat fuck self in the mirror.

I'm 5'8.5 (inb4 hur dur manlet hur) and 185 pounds. I've always been at 155-165 pounds my whole life but now I'm 20 pounds heavier and it's fucking disgusting. Hell I wouldn't fuck me.

What are the most important exercises to get rid of man boobs and belly fat/side handles fat?

any supplements I should take?
best workouts to target these areas?

SARMs are my shit senpai. They're like synthetic versions of steroids. They raise test, increase libido, and strength.

The downside is the time it takes to kick in, and isn't as potent as steroids.

The upside is, shitty to moderate drug tests can't catch it, only Olympic grade tests can. Overall it's pretty great, people who do roids take sarms on their off cycle

the hardest part is sleeping properly, in my opinion.
if you don't believe you can be a morning guy (thought I didn't and here I am)
you can put what on your workouts on a saturday/sunday, meaning you only have to clear two more evenings in the week.
