I just started working at McDonalds. I am not a fan of fast food but I'm a student
who needs some money to buy a car. When we employees go to a break, we are asked
what are we going to eat. It's against the policy of the company to drink water,
but don't ask me why because I'm baffled as much as you are. You have to drink coke
or nothing. I guess I can sneak up some water in my bag but I don't want trouble.
Although I'm not a fan of fast food, I like to eat a hamburger one in a while.
Like, once in 3 months. Today I ate 2 cheeseburgers and wanted to fucking cut my
wrists when I saw how much calories are in that shit. 1 cheeseburger has 30 % of
daily needs of saturated fats.

How do I keep my gains (relatively small, I just started 2 weeks ago) from deadly
influence of McCancer?

Hey /fit/, this is my first time on this board; pretty much I'm looking to get a bicycle. There's a Dick's Sporting Goods near where I live so I'm on their website trying to find a bicycle on there but I don't really know what I'm doing. I haven't had one since I was a kid so I'm really out of my element.

My price range is a maximum of $250 USD. I don't know if this matters, but I'm male, 20, 5'-5", 200 lbs (fat, not muscle). I don't plan on taking it off-road.

Look on craiglist, kijiji, or local china town to try adn find a used bike.
Get a road bike, get some fenders a rack and a pannier. This makes commuting easy and free exercise. Learn to do basic maintenance, and wear a helmet.

Fenders are just for protecting the wheels, right? Yeah, I'll do that.
I hadn't considered the rack and pannier but I like the idea so I can bike a lot farther. I'll try to learn basic maintenance too. Thanks.

As long as the frame is solid, and the brakes work, don't worry too much about it. You can always upgrade parts later.
Get full fenders, so when you ride when its wet outside, you protect the bike and your clothes. I commute and do errands get around on my bike, I ride 100km a week minimum.
It's the fastest way to get around the city since I live downtown.

I was pretty hyped about starting SS but then I realized i don't fucking want strength, i just want to fuck bitches and dominate normies, so let's say I am completely interested in aesthetics and not in functional strength, would you recommend starting with reddit's PPL? it's pretty convincing and I have everything needed at home to do every exercise except for a few (leg press, leg curl and cable face pull) but i found alternatives for those excercises with BBs and DBs.
