I went to snap city yesterday on a warm up set of dead lifts. I always hated them but thought my form was spot on.

My working set was supposed to be 365x5. I was warming up on 275 and pulled it, right as it got above my knees my entire lower back loudly cracked. I could feel and hear like 10 pops. Dropped the weight and left the gym.

Yesterday it was sore, warm, and a little numb. Today its board stiff and really sore. I have a dr appointment Tuesday to make sure it's muscular.

Who else here snapped there shit up? How long were you out for, and what can I do besides deadlifts for thickness and hamstrings? I don't care about powerlifting.

Yeah I snapped my shit on squats. Got a bulging or herniated disc.

Been doing lots of research and most experts suggest improving hip mobility. Literally everyone to be more specific.
As well as making Sure you don't have any muscular imbalances.

If you have these 2 things in order it's smooth sailing

This fucker has never injured his back because his mobility is insane

Ever since improving my hip mobility I've been able to squat with this budging or herniated disc almost pain free so it's not too bad

Hey /fit/, this will officially be the last time that I post or even lurk here. I am absolutely done with everything. I have been lifting for about 2 years now, I used to be a fatty and now a dyel with some muscle mass. But, I can't do it any more. I realized that with all of this time, and effort, and money that I have put into this obsesion, to be able to reach my goal physique, I should have made at least some more progress than the shit that im currently at. All of the research, the hours laboring over my fucking computer, reading articles, watching videos, trying to gain knowlegde on how I can obtain the physique that I will never get. All of the supplemements that I've taken, all of the meals that I've prepped, and all of the friends i've turned down because they were going for a fun night out, it was all for fucking nothing. So im quitting lifting. It will probably make my mom happy anyways, since the fat bitch is always complaining to me about why I wont eat her shitty meals. My brother also fucking mocks me, the 280lb neckbeard basement dweller mcocks me for trying to look good. So im done. I cant fucking take it anymore. I love you /fit/, and Ill miss you.

What does fit think of doing PPLxPPx with cardio on off days?

Should I feel bad for skipping one (1) legs day, if I also use my legs for running?

I actually first started at 16, but stopped 1 year later. I am nearly 30 years old now though, and I've been at it for nearly 6 years straight.


I already made all my mistakes at 16-17 when I first lifted, so I came into the gym at 24 already knowing what NOT to do.

There's fat kunce everywhere and they cancelled that music festival. Barely anyone actually exercises. We did no sports at all when I was in high school. Americans lift actual weights in high school!
