Are the benefits of a treadmill desk worth it? do you eventually adapt to having to walk and work?

All I know about them is that Linus used to have one and now he doesn't. I can't imagine that it's easy to type at high speed while you're walking. It seems like it would reduce your productivity, but I don't know.

I've heard people rave about standing desks, though. Specifically the adjustable ones that can switch between being a standing desk and being a regular desk. To me switching between sitting and standing periodically seems like it could easily be comfier than sitting all the time. I plan to try one eventually, but I don't have a job right now.

I dropped PF like the bad habit it is because:
Lots of idiot come and go all the time, lets be Frank PF is shit and its for people who dont workout you'll see different faces every month.

Full as fuck often, too often people will be assholes because fuck me there are lines and lines to use the equipment, if you want to do a decent routine ya gotta go at odd hours, 9pm, midnight, 2am, 4am. Fuck that

The fucking lunk alarm thing pisses me off, people dont grunt on purpose or often. I've never been to a local gym and its full of judgemental fucks, PF gives a bad image of what a real gym is, at the people just give you pointers on how to lift better, do your form better or to start with a lower weight on somethin.

Fuck me i hate PF. I could go on and on as to why i hate it and never went back

I eat 0% fat Greek Yogurt each day (see pic related): 23g protein, 9g sugar, 0g fat for 130 cals.

I know this is the optimal option as far as yogurt gets - the sugar is derived from the fermentation - but is it bad to be consuming that sugar each day? It's practically my only sugar source.

Is there a superior option?
Is it worth being autistic?
Should I just keep eating this?

IIRC lactose is converted into galactose which is then converted into glucose. It's even less sugar than you think it is, as a little bit of energy is lost during each conversion.

Plus your gut flora gains will be off the chain - which only reinforces your ability to digest dairy.

What would you do if you were 6'6"+ ?

OR if you ARE super tall what are you doing with it?

I would do like Rob Archer, the character actor. I would juice as much as I wanted, and look like a monster among men. I would get some style, and a unique look, and I would fuck as many hot grils as possible. I would get famous too as there is not much competition for TV and movie roles requiring men of that height and build. Maybe like 10 in the world, so the odds are much better than most other character actors.

Or would you just go play basketball like a lankggot?
