My diet consists of 4 cups of oats, 8 scoops of whey, 4 cups of milk, and 8 tbsp of peanut butter every day, along with a variety of multivitamins and supplements.

How will this impact me in the long term?

I just came back from gym and friends are inviting me going to drink some beers, is alcohol going to affect my gains?

OP, just dont drink ALOT, it forces your liver to do overhours on the toxins.
I drink a gin tonic (am a slow drinker, just chat up with your mates!) and then a non-alcoholic beverage, then a gin tonic again and so forth..

Is pic related solid progress for about 16 months?

Dropped about 8 pounds in that time span, with all of my lifts increasing fairly significantly

Bench 285x1
Ohp 135x4
Squat 275 x 5
Deadlift 315 x 3

Before you attack my for my squat and dead, I have bad scoliosis that prevents me from lifting heavy. Will post a pic of my legs to prove they are (somewhat) built

Looks like it affects anything that has to do with standing. Have you tried seated with dumbbells? Mirin either way

Yea it's a brutally sharp pain. Standing bb ohp is probably the most risky exercise I could do.

For Dumbbells I typically go up to 75 and hit that for 6-8. Can't recall the last time I went for a true max.

And thank you, I've been hitting it hard. Most drastic results have been in the last 3 or 4 months, when I finally started being strict with my diet. Always thought I could out train my shitty eating, but looking back at old pics, I was clearly wrong !

I've been training my bladder, along with other organs, for years. Work your way up from small amounts, and be sure to drink more each next day.

My current routine on bladder day:

3x5 Hold ins (10-30 seconds)
3x5 Kegels (hold for 10 sec each)
3x5 Bell Danglers (clamp a kettlebell to the end the bell end of your dong, and do a kegel flex with it)
5x5
1x5 Donglifts (same as a deadlift, but attach your penis to the bar)

Don't forget to cleanse at least 1x/month with a mix of spinach and beetroot juice.

ok /fit/ I need help. I'm about 5'9/ 5'10 and 160 pounds lean. I want to build up to about 175 by next summer. I have been stuck at this weight for a year and I don't know what to do. Just to maintain my size the stick calc says I need 3300~ calories which seems about right. How much does everyone else eat, is 3700 enough? I've never actually bulked / cut before.

TL;DR Need to gain weight but having trouble eating more. What eat? When is best to eat? What won't break my wallet?

When I was clean bulking around 3500-4K calories I usually ate around 1200 for breakfast, 1000 for lunch and dinner. Then between protein shakes and a snack you're good

So who takes it constantly and who does cycles? I just want to know what the pros and cons are for both as far as performance goes. I'm inclined just to take 5-6 grams pre/post workout, but if someone can prove to me that this cycling shit results in huge gains I will consider it.

I hate to complicate things but if I'm already autistically using cronometer I mayaswell go full retard if need be.

Anyone got some input?

5g a day. The whole "load/cycle/stop" thing was basically just an over-cautious thing, held over from the days when creatine was new and not yet fully understood. The concerns people had when those rules were written have since been conclusively determined by science to be pure hokum.
