Hey /fit/, so I've recently gained a lot of weight over the past year. 20 pounds to be exact. I know, that's terrible, but I want to lose 10 pounds. I hate eating fast food and junk food but it's like I can't contain myself. Please help me out, I want to go on a 30-day diet first then continue on from there, what are some good habits to pick up? What are some healthy foods I can eat? Please help!
I'm 19 5'7 and I weigh 164 lbs. last year I weighed around 140lbs. Help me!! I'm tired of being fat. Pic related

As I'm sure you know, process foods or foods heavy in Sugar and Salt are a no, and if you can get low fat meat over high fat. A lot of this comes down to counting calories and remembering that your weight is like a math equation, calories in through eating, calories out through exercise etc.

I've been doing cardio for a while now but there's like this belt of fat right above my waist. I'm about to get a suit tailored in a few days and I want it gone before hand.

So /b/ me and my 2 co-workers started a 5 day work out and our goal is to be in the 1000lb pound club. We all did our maxes today. My question is who do you think will reach the mark first? We will all be doing the same work out with each other, here are the stats:
Me:

You if you start training your squat and deadlift properly since those are poverty numbers and they should progress fast and you already have the lead on bench which progresses slowly.

I've always been good at bench since high school since that seemed to be the only lift people gave a shit about. I never squared only leg press/extension/curls and never dead lifted before. I'm pretty surprised I got what I did

Give it a few months of hard work and you'll hit 1000 no problem. The next task is hitting it without the bench numbers.

Sorry if this is an obvious question, I'm new to /fit/. Basically I moved cities and there are no gyms near me that aren't expensive as heck (too expensive for me). I've been researching different no-equipment regimes, but they all seem like bullshit buzzfeed shit. What do /fit/izens do without equipment?

I'm normal build, just a bit of extra fluff on my sides that I want to trim off during summer while preparing myself to do some sports when uni starts up again.

I checked the sticky, but no dice. Help me /fit/!

Honestly your best bet is making more money and either getting a gym membership or buying your own equipment. Assuming thats 100% not possible id recommend gymnastic rings if you have a place to hang them from. If you dont have a place to hang them from, get a pullup bar that can brace against a door frame or screw into one. Also looking into Convict Conditioning. But in all honesty, unless you are extremely dedicated, you arent going to make much progress with just body weight stuff and even if you did, its a lot slower than if you had weights. Its not impossible though, 2 of my best friends are yoga instructors who teach 4-5 classes a day and they are jacked as hell.

If I had more money, I'd wanna go more and get make gains like I did at my old uni, but right now it's just not possible. At this point I'm lookin for a more toned and sporty type goal (one step at a time).

The only dorm near the campus I need to be at has a gym, but it's rank and shitty. There's this one gym down the street but I ain't spendin 60 euro a month to hang with fatty frenchies at their semi-spa-semi-gym.

How high is Kilimanjaro? Have you considered those facial mask things which restrict oxygen to simulate high altitudes? Beyond that, it's mostly endurance I would imagine OP, just keep up with the practice climbs carrying whatever weight you think you will be lugging up there.
Perhaps imagine a a rabid pack of jigaboos chasing after you, if you are going for realism in your training?

Yes. If you're missing both nuts there's a good chance you're infertile. Similar serious abnormalities should suggest the same.

Otherwise it's really best left to medical professionals, who can do the correct tests to give you a solid answer.

I'm 18, and planing to do the Saitama Workout, starting with 15 of each, and working my way up to 100, while starting at a tenth of a mile and working my way up to five and a half.
Currently 210 Pounds, Size 36 in men's pants, 6 foot.

My mom is constantly downing me by saying my genes wont let me gain. Because my dad is skinny, said that he went to specislist and shit and he never gained weight and he gave up, same with my uncle. (My dad went to the gym 3 days and then Quit, back in the day) But i went from 115 to 145. 5'11". How the fuck can i continue gaining weight? Ive been bulking for 3 weeks and i havent gaines. What do /fit/? How do I convince people I am not on juice? Or are they always going to think I am on something because of my relatively fast progression and strength increase? And if so, should I just take fraud it up?
