I want to be an elite powerlifter. I want to do it without drugs and without gear.

I want to be able to have an elite total in the 242 class without drugs.

Is that possible? My biggest powerlifting idol is Mike Tuchscherer. He has over a 2000 raw total. I like to tell myself he is all natural because i like him and want him to be. I want to be strong like him.

Right now my total is 1350 at 227 pounds. I plan on getting to 240 by the end of the year with a 1450 total.

Its possible. Not everyone will make it, but its certainly possible to total elite without drugs (you aren't going to be matching a geared elite total with raw numbers, but they're different classifications anyway).

Gf has family here, I'm a huge martial arts fag and I'm doing a teaching degree so getting experience while I finish it seemed a good idea. Basically it all fit together well.

It's great, found a gym which costs roughly $2/visit.

How do I stay strong but also reduce fat on my body?

I have always just eaten what I want, and up until recently I have had very little fat on my body. I have started to get a little bit of fat around my stomach, but I don't want to reduce my calorie intake because I believe that reduces strength/muscle mass.

Advice please.

At 5'9 and 220 lbs, will I get loose skin if I drop to about 160? Is there any way to avoid it? Will it eventually tighten up with age? I'm 18 if it helps

Are there any doctors or nurses on /fit/? I keep having to shit every hour or so, and my anus hurts a lot (its fucking red) and when I wipe theres a little bit of blood. Im kinda scared but mostly annoyed because I think Ive gone to the bathroom at least 20 times in the last 24 hours, and it seems it wont stop anytime soon. My shit was gooey/watery as fuck first but thankfully its better now (probably because I ate more fiber) Also everytime I shit, its like its being blocked or something at the very end of my shitting session. You've probably got haemorhoids. If the blood is bright red then its new and from lower down in the intestines. If its dark red or blackish then you have internal bleeding and shouldn't be fucking around asking fit for advice, you should be at the hospital. My bet is that you have internal haemorhoids. Go to your GP and tell them your symptoms

Should I do 3xF Negative Chin Ups or 4~5x8 to progress into regulars? Which is more efficient? My ultimate goal is 3x8 weighted. Last time I was able to get 8-8-5-5 slow reps with good form. I workout fullbody 3 times a week, and on one day I do one handed dumbbell rows and on the other day chin ups.

Do them explosively

You can aso start the chin up with a little jump to propel yourself upwards. This way you aren't only doing the noegative but also the concentric movement.

Do some banded ones and do them explosively. Just do maybe 1 or 2 reps but you gotta put every ounce of effort into the reps.

Always be concious of your posture. Whenever you realise you've adopted a poor posture, correct it. After a while you stop having to think about it and adopt a good posture by default. For me this took about three weeks.

So I just fucked up my attempted eat-less-than-1500cal daily diet again. My fat ass got tempted by a sandwich and a cookie, so I'm certainly over 1100 already. I can't fit in even lunch now.
So I came to think, since avoiding stuff I like eating makes me suffer and I fail anyway, how can I stop getting sore as fuck from lifting? And can I then focus on eating almost whatever I want (I don't do shit like eating more when I'm full, or exclusively cookies and soda...), and just lift and lift more instead? Will I get ANYWHERE with that?

I know I have the wrong mindset and shit but I'm insufferably lazy and I probably have aspergers.

What are the best ab exercises? That you can do in a gym, without extra equipment like an ab wheel. I've seen some people doing these and they look intense, will try them next time together with hanging leg raises. in b4 "squats and deadlifts" take your powerlifting gut somewhere else
