Just started pic related today, threw up shortly after. How long until I don't lose my lunch after jogging?
>>37816649
You threw up after 8 minutes of jogging?
>>37816674
I might have done more of a run rather than a jog
>>37816649
make sure you d eat at least 2 hours before running, if not more. .
Writing down why I shouldn't and how It's disappointing and how I regret it each time doesn't work.
I feel empty, brain goes autopilot and...
In before muh willpower and just don't do it.
>>37816621
Yet another exhibit as to fatties lacking self control.
>>37816621
>In before muh willpower and just don't do it.
>"guys please don't tell me to have self control"
>"surely there's a way in which I can inject a tub of ice cream into my heart every and stay healthy without discipline, r-right fellas?"
Stay fat.

>how do i stop eating?
>inb4 stop eating
Obviously Zyzz was roided to the gills, and brosplits are generally less effective than other methods unless roiding, but would a brosplit like Zyzz recommends in his simplyshredded interview be effective for someone who's 18, essentially on a natural test blast, assuming they eat and sleep right?

This image just breaks my heart.
do you have any lifting experience?
>>37816574
Did SS 2 and a half months or so, tried PHAT for two weeks but it was a little much to do along with cardio. I started my cut so SS feels a bit useless atm if I'm not doing the program. Numbers are ohp 105 bench 150 squat 250 deadlift 265
ITT: ask a fatasfatass who just got a Planet Fitness membership anything
>>37816457
How many squat racks they got there?
What is your middle name
Is the pizza any good?
Your wrist circumference and how much you can bench press
My wirst is small and I have generally small bones.
my wirst is 6.5 inches and I can lift 50kg(110lb) maybe 55kg if I do less reps.
I never saw someone with the same bones size as me lifting more them me. so it's not a meme.
>>37816447
I'm 7.5 inches, and can bench 200 fine. You're just make excuses.
>>37816447
Wrist 5.5 inches
Bench-205
>>37816485
can you post your hand with something to comparison?
like a g-shok watch, toilet roll, tape Measure(best)
So we all agree that cardio is MUCH more difficult than lifting, right?
HIIT requires way more willpower than deadlifting
>>37816430
>implying HIIT is cardio
>implying you can deadlift more than a plate
>implying I'm not just biting obvious bait
>>37816446
>mfw when guys with 20 inch arms get winded walking up stairs
>>37816430
Me being a fatass does make cardio a lot harder than lifting and I'm guilty of skipping out on it often. Probably one of the reasons I'm still fat. I lost 40 lbs then stopped losing weight because I stopped doing cardio. Dank strength gains though.
How do you trick yourself into enjoying eating?
>tfw forever a skelly
>trick yourself
>enjoy
Nigger, just put food in your mouth, chew, and swallow.
recovering skelly here. I just started a food journal, forcing myself to eat 3k calories every day before going to bed by starting early and eating throughout the day. The first week or so my stomach would constantly hurt/feel bloated and I was miserable.
Eventually my metabolism sped up to match my habits and now I'm basically hungry all the time, so eating is enjoyable.
Also, drink lots of water
swim
How can someone know if they have good genetics for bodybuilding?
>>37815870
for body building its not too hard, you just look at yourself and see if you look good
>>37815870
Do you spill meat on penis?
>>37815901
>look in mirror
>fat as fuck
Well shit famalam, looks like I don't have the genetics for bodybuilding, time to eat like a fatass and die at 35.
about to eat ben & jerrys ice cream
>>37815653

I'm getting a gym membership tomorrow, but I am absolutely terrified, I have never been to a gym before. What advice would you have for a beginner?
>What advice would you have for a beginner?
The people looking at you aren't judging you. They probably don't give a fuck.
Unless you are doing something completely retarded, no one cares about you. It is just your insecurity.

You have to start somewhere OP.
Don't be intimated by the other lifters. People in the gym are trying to achieve some sort of goal and are worrying only about themselves. Just shoot some music through your ears and focus on the next set.
Familiarize yourself with compound exercises, movements, and gym equipment, etc. There's plenty of information online for this, but I'll show you my favorite site here: http://exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html . Since you've never been to a gym before try to take it slow.
Your first week or two, you will be extremely sore as your body adjusts to the new stimulus. Make sure you stretch before and after lifting. Drink plenty of water.
Make sure you are eating and sleeping enough as well. You're body does not grow while in the gym, it breaks down. When you are not lifting your body is recovering and eating the right foods and getting plenty of rest will help with your gains
Try to find a workout routine that is smart and proven to give results and stick with it. The biggest thing when I first got into lifting how slow building muscle is, that's why weightlifting is a marathon and not a sprint. Be patient.

I recently had oral sex with someone who i was not familiar with (stupid, i know) and later that day i began to feel a very slight sore throat feeling. they said they were clean, but you can never be sure really, but could gonorrhea incubate this fast (6 hours)? or maybe im just paranoid and i got something like a cold from making out with them. im also taking 500 mg of cephalaxin three times a day for a toe infection if that helps as well
>>37815208
HIV
rip in peace op
>>37815208
Strep likes to live in vajayjays. Over the years I've had a few sore throats and one pretty sketchy case of scarlet fever. From different people of course.
The sex is worth it, though, since you basically own them after that.
>>37815417
scarlet fever? damn is that rare from that?
i also began to feel sore in my legs a day after, but it felt in the same muscles from the position i was rear ending (unportected, stupider still, but i was drunk) her since i hadnt had anal in months, but the first dude and his HIV comment isnt funny, so i'd rather be safe then sorry. but all those symptoms are it
should I be embarrassed of bringing my 5'11 friend 275 pounds to the gym with me? i used to be 6'0 and 250 pounds. im now 200 and have only been working out a couple weeks.
Why? He wants to lose weight, bring him and make him some gains
>>37815162
no, if you feel that way about him, you are just hindering him, then he won't be making them sick gainzz and leave the fat life behind him.
Shoo Shoo Gains Goblin.
I am not embarrassed. I'm a skinny fat dyel still. he was worried about being embarrassed and i told him nobody gives a fuck and if anything they would be glad to see someone trying
Like title. I'm trying to improve my squat form but can't just do the squats at a lower weight, as I simply don't have the balance/flexibility to reach the ground even with no weight. Squatting 165 with average form.
Why tho?
far below parallel squats are entirely useless unless you're into Olympic lifting.

So i saw this video on facebook of some guys body transformation but i think his numbers are bullshit, does he really look like 8% body fat?
>>37815092
He's closer to 12. Probably got measured by one of those scales or hand devices that uses the tiny electrical charge to measure fat, which can vary greatly depending on hydration and electrolyte levels
>>37815092
thats more like a 15% for sure. At 8 he should have very visible abdominals
at least 15%
8% is pretty fucking shredded
How cheap can a home gym be?
Looking at a rack, weights and so on, it seems to come out around £800 which seems a bit much for a manlet to get some definition.
Any suggestions?
Have you ever lifted weights before?
It would be a shame to invest in a home gym and find out you stop lifting after 1 month after going through all the trouble to get the equipment.
>>37814879
I've been lifting for the short period of three months and am wondering about renewing the gym versus home set-up, hence this thread.
I feel like I'd stick to it better at home since my gym buddy might be giving up going soon.
Craigslist, my good man.
Resolutioners dumping their equipment on the cheap right now.
