I do that too. Out of nowhere I remember some meaningless past stupidity and shout out goddammit. Sometimes I wonder if neighbors hear and think me insane.
It's annoying but pretty harmless. Self criticism sometimes stings but also refines us. People who think too highly of their past have much bigger problem.

If I work out 4 times a week for an hour each day, spliting those four days between strenght training and other type of "abdominal" exercises, will I see results eventually? Or do I need to implement something else ?
I eat healthy and work out at home.

I've stalled really hard on bench at 105lbs (inb4 babby weight fuck you I'm not quite three months in yet) and I need some tips to help progress. I really wanna bench 1pl8. I can't really increase my caloric intake too since I'm homeless and already struggle to eat at maintenance. Wat do?

Increasing caloric intake is probably the main thing but you could try deloading to 100 or 95 for a week and getting form/timing perfect.

I'm 5+ years deep into lifting and I've noticed that more muscular I've become, the more social/performance anxiety I get.

I don't have the personality/charisma/lifestyle of someone who has a athletic muscular body. I was literally a high-school drop out NEET with no friends for a solid 8 years before I started lifting.

How can I over-come this?

I am 28, I can't do that at this age. You have very little chances for social connections at this age. Small fuck ups can get you alienated/ostracized very quickly at this age.

I'm getting a testosterone test next weekend.

I know the doctor will probably have questions about my lifestyle, what information could I prepare prior to help him asses the cause if low or too high to the most accurate number?

ex. Diet, sleep, pulse, weight, body fat? I don't know a whole lot about testosterone

Also generally, what are some things I should keep tabs on/measurements on anyway?
