Anyone here have advice/routine to fix lower back pain?

I do not have a spinal injury, discs are all sound, have had both xray and an MRI to see if there were bulges/extrusions present (there aren't)
Doc says it is muscle inflammation
Ideas /fit/ ? IDK what to do because this happens every goddamn year--making progress, strict form, etc. etc. and then my lower back flairs up... Just fuck my shit up senpai

K op I've had back pain since I've been 12, and I just found out how to fix it a few months ago. Take a la-cross ball, place it under your back onto the affected area and lie down on it. Don't flex or anything, kind of like you're melting. This will dig into the muscle in your back and free it up. It's going to hurt like hell for 30 seconds but what's more impotant to you. Also don't place the ball directly on your spine.

Listen, kid, and everyone else:
If you can't get on with girls before going to the gym, you're not going to have any better luck AFTER the gym. It's a social issue, not a fitness issue. The only exception to this is if you are FAT, in which case the only women you're going to get on with are fat ones like you, so either get thin or be happy with fat women.
Things the gym will NOT fix:
o Poor hygiene
o Bad or lack of personality
o Bad or lack of sense of humor
o Low IQ
o Bad or lack of social skills
o Genuine mental illness issues
Things the gym WILL fix:
o Being weak
o Being fat
o Having no endurance
..but it will ONLY fix those things IF:
o You have personal discipline
o You have patience enough for the 'long game'
o i.e., you don't expect results overnight
o You have mental toughness enough for when the going gets tough
o You can be smart about how you're training and eating
o You don't make excuses for the lack of the above
o You have the dedication and tenacity to acquire all the above, if you don't have them now
That's the reality. If you can't deal with that, then you don't belong on /fit/.

The macro ratio is actually pretty good, besides the protein, but if you take a protein shake that gives you 40-60g of protein then it shouldn't matter.
The only problem is pizza usually has way too much salt, and a lot of the fat is saturated fat
Also it lacks micros, but if you take a multivitamin daily that shouldn't really matter either

i would primarily be doing freestyle "sprint" swimming with a little bit of breaststroke mixed in.

i was thinking I would just do 8-10 25 yard sprints every other day mixed in with more LISS swimming for ~30 minutes.

All of us want to make it some day but sometimes it feels hard and there are times you feel bad, knowing how far away from it you still are. Maybe you realize that other people that started working out at the same time are more aesthetic than you, lift more than you or have any other advantage over you.

I have an incredibly weak chest.
I've been working out effectively for about 8 months and always lacked on my chest. I do isolation and compound and feel it when I work it but it just doesn't get strong and aesthetic. It's my wimpiest body part.
I always feel like shit when I see guys who say they lifted for 3 months and already have juicy bumps comparable to my chest except that they are well better formed (more inner chest).
Did anyone else have problems making chest gainz and knows what I could be doing wrong?
My bench is at 70 kg, my squat at 80 and my deadlift at 115 and not one of them goes up because i can't eat enough for a reasonable time. Still skeleton, still girls laughing about my arms.
I train hard as fuck, but that shit only gets me good at sport because I don't eat, also fear to get fat when i eat big.
