What are the benefits of doing strength using only your own body weight?
I'm asking because my sport focuses a lot on exercises that purely use one's body weight and gravity.

Calisthenics are great for actual athletes.
If you're trying to get big though you need to lift weights.

Some of it is great for actual athletes, a lot of it can end up being far more effort than the results justify (particularly the more complicated advanced movements - 'true' oly lifts can have similar problems with athletic training as well). There's a reason so many sports tend towards using simple movements for GPP and save the complicated stuff for the actual sport-specific training.
So, /fit/ what do you guys think of Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread? I've been without bread for a long time and it sucks because it's my favorite food. Is it /fit/ approved?

How do you guys here who are complete losers (like having no friends, no girlfriend, bad parental relationship, virgin, shut-in, etc) find the motivation to work out? This is the predicament I'm in.

You might need a therapist instead of a gym.
Cutting out carbs helped me with my suicidal depression. Particularly legumes. Also getting enough sunshine. Might not work for you, though.
Also, motivation is kind of lame. Learn discipline by doing a little bit every day. Start with one push up on your knees and one sit up. Gradually do more.

when i have 300lbs loaded up on the bench and its coming down to my chest, i can't think about anything else but that moment. it's completely tranquil and serene to the point of being therapeutic. I've conflated pain with therapy.
Doing 100% calorie deficit and getting all my protein and vitamin needs from meal replacements. Don't feel hungry and have been able to work out just fine. Has anyone else tried something similar? Just trying to get rid of my belly in time for an audition next month.

I lost 80 lbs doing this with one tip from my doctor. You should have one tiny super small meal every day to keep everything functioning. It can bee a small salad or bowl of rice. I did 4 slim fast's a day and a small salad at night and lost 80 in 9 weeks. Went from 350 to 270. At that point the doc changed me up. But yea. thats my 2 cents.

Just trust the label. If it's pre seasoned with something or has any additional ingredients or whatever then only the label has the right answer. If it's just raw salmon then idk but 708 seems obnoxiously high.

The "SS is a meme" phrase in itself is a meme. Do SS plus accessories for like 5-6 months and you'll be fine lad.
Literally as long as you are picking up barbells and putting them down, you'll make progress as a beginner. SS is just a program to help you make quicker strength ga isn't than something like a shitty brosplit

How much calories are "lost" when you cook food in the oven(roasting with on extras).
For example

>160 calories 19g protein per 100g RAW
>pork leg joint
> 210 calories 19g protein 100g RAW
When I roast this shit in the oven there is a significant amount of oil/fat flowing and I make sure to just get the meat separate and dispose of the fat.
How much % calories from fat were lost this way? I can easily scoop out like 4 or 5 table spoons of oil from a 1 kilogram joint. Even just roasting some chicken leg quarters give a decent amount of drippings I avoid, so there's defo less calories than advertised.
