How big of an issue is diversity in my diet?

Say for example I eat the same three healthy meals every day. e.g for breakfast brown rice and avocado and fruit, lunch fish beans brocoli fruit, dinner leafy greens, sweet potatoe, chicken. ?

It has been a week. Went to the dr and no hemorrhoid outside anus. Was told to see an specialist. I have no pain in my stomach but after squatting or taking a dumb I feel like a needle is being inserted 2inches up in my ass to my rectum wall


Could it be squats? Should I lower the weight or take a break? My form is not 100% since I increase the weight everytime but if my form suffer more than 80% then I stay on said weight until I can rep it with better form.

This is 4chan so of course you will get the usual lol dyel faggot bs but 12 to 16 sessions at the gym (3 or 4 a week) before uni will do wonders, at least will up your lifts slightly and better your general mood cause endorphins

Why is so much ethnic food still garbage? It made sense back in the day to eat dense, high calorie foods when you're farming or raising 6 kids all day. Everyone blames the Western diet, which is also shit, but most countries have urbanized and the citizens are sedentary or lightly active. Indian, Mexican, and many other ethnic foods are still horrifically high calorie and there's been no push to correct it. Will there ever be?

But there's this tendency to blame the growing obesity/diabetes problem in the world exclusively on the US and our awful diet. Jesus fuck. Has no one seen how much ghee is poured onto Indian lentils? Or how many calories are in a tortilla? This needs to be fixed but none of these governments have made any effort to change their country's staples.

The point the study makes is that muscle failure is what leads to muscle growth, regardless of rep range. Bench press 1RM was also higher in the low rep group. Which means it fits neatly into the pattern established by other previous studies, pic related.

Beginner here, about a month into Stronglifts. Felt really good squatting 200lbs today, but then I failed my bench at 105. I know, I'm a fucking weakling.
