Energy drinks. Are they unhealthy?
Arent they only caffeine+sugar+vitamins?
I feel very diffrent, like on drugs after drinking them in comparison to coffee. I also get very hungry after caffeine and i have fast metabolism naturally.

Yes I've read the sticky and have experience with weights anyway but now I can't afford gym and am wondering what is the best type of workout I can do to lose weights(dont care about losing muscle now).I've got a 10kg dumbbell at home but I doubt it will be to any use so I guess cardio will be the only things and if so please recommend me what type should I do (liss/hitt) and how often.

Why are whey shakes so hyped? I just realised I'm paying my ass off for just 21.8 grams of protein per scoop/shake (110 cal), while a can of tuna has 24 grams per 99 cal and costs less than half

Is whey just a scam to jew me out of my money? I rather eat tuna or chicken anyway than drinking a shake.

Whey shakes are better if you need protein immediately e.g. after a work-out. I only drink one when I wake up and after a work-out. Tuna takes too long to digest

You could, but not without heavy (in absolute terms) lifts of some sort. And it'd be a lot of extra work, especially if you're not using any variations on squatting or deadlifting.

I am getting jaw surgery in November and will probably be on a liquid diet and also hopped up on painkillers.

What should I do to prepare? My initial thought is to bulk like mad and cash in on the inevitable weightloss.

gaining lot's of weight fast is really easy using milk. Also, when cutting, pretty much all you have to do is remove or reduce the milk from your diet to drop the weight.

Milk is useful. Eggs don't have many calories to begin with, this would probably be a bit too expensive.
