Is cheese really that bad for you when cutting? Sometimes to spice up my grilled chicken, I'll melt a slice of pepperjack on and it is fucking awesome. Am I holding myself back?

It's relatively high calories for how dense it is desu.
Nothing wrong with it but if you don't properly account for it you might be eating more calories than you anticipated and ruining your cut!

You can eat whatever your little heart desires when cutting. As long as you're below your calorie count and get protein in.
I make chocolate cake with whey protein and I'll have some every now and then even during a cut.
What is /fit's suggestions on Supplements? I'm in the market for a new Pre-Workout and some more Protein Powder. I use the Protein as meal supplements also. Suggestions?

I take what the sticky says plus ZMA, Alpha Brain and OptiMen(Multi Vitamin). Only started lifting like 4 weeks ago though.
I use the ON gold standard double rich chocolate protein powder. I mix it with whole milk and it tastes pretty good. Probably cheaper shit you can get but its like $55 for 5 lbs off of amazon.
I only care about increasing my bench press.
Could I work chest, and bench three times a week and then just do one other day of bis and shoulders to preserve aesthetics

how much rest are you taking between exercises? you probably should not be in there for more than an hour, you'll get exhausted and won't perform well on the latter parts of your workout.

If you want volume stick to 3x8+, if you want intensity then stick to 3x5/5x3.
The internet says washing dishes burns 100~ calories per hour. Is this really true? I got a job washing dishes this summer, and obviously my TDEE would be affected by an 800 calorie exertion every day

Make up for it with those 'being around food as a dishwasher' gains. I was a skinny street kid and gained 20 pounds after working as a dishwasher and having access to food for once. Once they had moved me up to line cook, I was shovelling it in.
I got my hormone levels back from the doctor. Apparently they're absolutely normal so I have no excuse why I don't have gains.

I got back into lifting like 3 months ago, following a program. I'm not tracking calories I'm just avoiding the obvious stuff so I can get skinny ripped, then do a clean bulk. I went from 197 to 185 since I started. Am I going to slow. Is there any stuff I should do to increase my weight loss?

Because I have a full time job and school, and I'm too fucking busy to do all that, go to the gym, practice guitar and not actually kill myself. How many people actually weigh there food on here. Considering most people gain fat on just a 500 calorie surplus, not very high.

You build muscle pretty slowly so people generally aim for a 300-500 cal surplus. Hit that and make sure you keep up your protein intake and you'll be fine.
