Long time lifters, how is your motivation doing? How do you keep it up?
I've been lifting for 10 years now. Started with the good old SS, progressed into more advanced strength routines. Did some bodybuilding style training at one point. Then olympic lifting. Then strongman. I just kinda feel like I've done all there is to do, plus as I'm getting older I start to notice these nagging injuries that bother me (I've sought help). It sorta feels like it's just downhill from here, I was working out very diligently when I reached my best lifts and I don't really see myself hitting those numbers again. To me lifting has always been about getting better and better, overcoming myself. But the future I see before me is just a battle to lose my gains as slow as possible. And that doesn't exactly motivate me to hit the gym.
At some point it becomes maintenance instead of goals.
There is nothing wrong with that. You don't need to go for big numbers. You should aim to stay in shape and keep what strength you can.
Are you going to start eating only junk food just because you don't need to lose weight? No, you'll still eat healthy and workout so you stay in shape.

Being in my early 30's life has never been better. All I do is lift work on my business and bang hotties (20-35 year olds). I'm not even that ripped, just in good shape and pretty strong (1000lb club @180lbs.
I feel bad for the anxiety these young in face, focus on yourself, make gains and the ass will come.

Keep a strict regiment.
I started on 3x5, finish your set, if you feel you can't go on without kipping or struggling add the resistance bands or get someone to hold your ankle (feet behind your back) and assist you getting up.
After a week or two try doing that set you had issues with without the bands.

I weigh 270 burgers completely out of shape.

I've finished my cut at the end of may at 139 lbs and i was eating around maintnence calories for 2 months. My weight has been fluctuating around 143-145 lbs (depending on how much i ate) but the day after i got diahrrea i saw 139 lbs on the scale again so that was only food and water. My lifts increased a bit during those 2 months but im stalling on ohp. Should i increase my calories and enjoy my time at the gym or waste even more time and wait another month to see if i will get stronger?
