How long do you bros spend at the gym?
I go 6 days a week 45 mins each but i don't think it's enough, my goal is to be like pic related so how long should it be per session?

Do the long cardio sessions and chuck in a few HIIT sessions here and there.
While it won't build heaps of muscle or strength it does still work both in addition to cardio so if you keep consistent with it (and your diet) then you will see results more so than the bike or treadmill

I read a post on here about cutting/losing weight. They suggested using a tdee calculator.

You must be tall as fuck or fat as fuck, probably both
BMR is the calories you burn to literally stay alive. So if you laid in bed and didn't move at all, all day, you would burn 2249 calories.
TDEE is your BMR + what you burn from daily exercise + activity and everything else you do.
If you eat below your tdee every day, you will lose weight. The further below, the faster your weight loss. If you eat 500 calories less per day, that will equate to roughly 1lb fat loss per week. 1000 below - 2lbs per week etc..
Apparently the average woman needs around 2000kcal, average men 2500kcal.
I don't know how accurate those are, they're not too far off I'd guess, but for 4000kcal, I hope you're doing a physically intensive job.
Also, >>38060347 is spot on. If you know your exact TDEE (which obviously varies as you do more or less in your day) and eat exactly that, you'd never gain or lose weight, eat under = fat loss (not exactly weight loss, water and waste can mess with weight), eat over = fat gain.
