I usually lurk so this is my first time posting something on /fit/
I need advice to pursue a healthier lifestyle. I need more motivation to lose all my fat. I'm trying to eat helthier too, but my family fridge is filled with food that that I don't like. Which forces me to go out and eat junk food.
What need is good or expert advice how to start working out agains or How to lose fat and gain muscle. A better diet advice help me a lot!
My short term goal right now is to lose 30 pound by the end of the year. My long term goal is be at 230, fit for the army. I know I'm not consider an alpha here, but I want to try my best. I just need help :(
I'm 6 foot and I weigh 338 lb.

I have an appointment with an endo in a few weeks. My goal is to get him to put me on TRT. The last time I had my Test levels measured I was at ~300 ng/dl which is very low for my age, However it is not considered CLINICALLY low. That would be around 250 ng/dl.

What can I do to lower my test level by a few dozen points so I can get this fucker to give me the juice?

Seriously. Does anyone else suffer from this problem?
Now I will start by saying I have no probles or anxiety regarding the size or appearance of mah diyck.
Yet if there is anyone, even my own gf, in line of sight of me, I cannot piss.
If I am at a bar, absolutely bursting for a piss after several pints. I can't piss if there is someone in line of sight.

I read somewhere this is an evolved trait in humans for defense because we are vulnerable to attack when pissing, but that seems a bit dumb.

I'm fat as fatass 330 pounds. If I use intermittent fasting only eating 1500 calories a day and actually stick with it, will I lose a lot of weight?

What am I doing wrong?

This is what I do.

2x5 15kg
1x5 35kg
1x3 40kgg
1x2 50kg
3x5 60kg

Except I never manage to do the 3x5 60kg. I just can't, I'm god damn shot after one set.

What the fuck am I doing wrong to be so weak?

I eat plenty, get enough protein. I just wish it would go better.

So I've been working out for about a month and a half but not very consistently. I have a petite frame so it's hard for me to gain weight, but I want a bigger butt and a toned body. I heard squats work your legs more than your butt and I don't want bulky looking bodybuilder legs. Here is my routine:

Squats while holding dumbbells 3x10
Lat pulldowns 3x10
Leg curl machine 3x10
Glute bridges 3x8
Random core and cardio exercises

I try to do this routine every other day if I my work schedule permits. My overall goal is to have an athletic looking body without going overboard. Please critique and advise thanks /fit/ :)
