How many times do you piss everyday?


Before I lifted, I would only piss like 3-4 times a day.

Since I've been lifting for the last few years, I've noticed that I piss often, probably like 10 times a day. Then again I drink A LOT more water now.

Is this normal?

While I've upped my water intake since starting lifting, my pissing hasn't gone up, since a lot comes out with sweat instead now.

How do I just pass out? I want to knock myself out for about 5-6 hours and be dead fucking asleep.

Would melatonin and alcohol do the job?

Alcohol prevents you from getting deep healthy sleep, I wouldn't go that route.

Yeah but you won't feel well rested. You'll feel like shit if you use alcohol to knock you out.

Zopiclone + diazepam will do you better and also feel nice.

Why is my front squat stronger than my highbar sqaut, but both those lift a lot weaker than my deadlift?

Because you are a newbie and shouldn't do front squats till you become intermediate. Stick with a beginner program and learn to lift right.

How much can you shrug? I've been lifting for almost 3 years and the heaviest weight i could manage was 80lbs dumbbels. Now i can't even use those and have to pick up lighter ones. When i should do shrugs? After my more important exercices or i should do them first?

I lift 3/days a week full body and do 30minutes of cardio EVERYDAY.
+4 years lifting.


My body composition and maintenance of shreddedness works best on low fats, high carb, moderate protein.

Nope.

I haven't binged in years. I use to binge all the time when I was trying to do low-carb.

Now that I do high carb, I never binge or feel hungry at all, ever.

Are warmups really just one big meme?
I've heard that they don't really make THAT much of a difference when it comes to preventing injury. Sure, some 10 minute cardio could be good, but it's not like you're going to destroy your back and tear your biceps by lifting without doing 16,000,000 minutes of warmups beforehand.

warm-ups make you pumped - literally, they bring blood to the muscles that helps you lift

also, they prepare you mentally for the weight

and if you are feeling like shit one day, you'll find out during the warm-up, not when you try to do your max and fail

I love warming up, I could spend 3 hours in the gym because of excessively warming up EVERYTHING

I use my apartments gym which is not really a full gym. Just has some machines and weights. Need your advice on my routine.

3x10 lat pulldown
3×10 chest press
3x10 rows
3×10 bicep curl
2x10 dumbbell flies
2x10 tricep pulldown
3x15 pushups

Is this adequate enough? I would like to increase my strength/muscle and get more definition in pecs. Atm I am pretty skinnyfat and have shitty looking pecs.

Picture kinda related. I am not him but his pecs/body is similar.

Have any of you guys found cheap ways around cooking?

I'm trying to improve my diet, but I don't want to be messing around with blenders and protein powders.

I found this protein bread, and combined with peanut butter, and soy milk (lasts longer than cow milk), I end up with this for a day:

1820 kcal
108g protein
86g fat
160g carb
26g fibre
24g sugar

All for about four dollars. Plus a dirt cheap multivitamin. And I might squeeze a banana in there or something.

This might.. probably get boring, so I'd be interested in hearing any advice or suggestions.

im gonna start off by saying that i am incredibly autismo and have slight agorophobia.

i've been browsin for a month.
decided to start calisthenics for a bit of confidence and because no money.

i finally got into some cash today and i will be joining a gym.

could you please tell me how to behave in the gym?

things that i need covered

>what sort of towel do i bring? big? small? simple? with an imprint?
>are pool shorts and a loose fitting shirt adecuate for the gym?
>do i wipe the machines with the same towel i wipe my face with?
>do i bring a change of clothes?

I think the biggest thing to keep in mind when first joining a gym, /especially/ if you're nervous, is to remember that no one in the gym is paying attention to you, or looking at how much you lift, or wondering if you belong, etc. etc. Honestly, everyone is just there to get their pump on and go home. Don't let it get to you.

Your workout time is yours. You share the gym with others, so be courteous, but as long as it's appropriate, wear clothes that are comfortable to you, bring a towel if you'll want to use it, and just dont' sweat it too much.
