I bought a set of Heavy Grips between 100 and 300lb, raising by 50lbs each. Trust me, they're metal and blow those plastic shitty 50lb grippers you find at your local sports store out of the fucking water. Go buy a set.

i got something similar to what you posted, but it got metal handles, got 200 lbs and 350 lbs version.
dont buy ones with foam handle, you need to get use to hard surface
