Starting strength with chin ups in place of power cleans, then after 4 months replace chin ups with barbell.rows and use chin ups and dips as accessory lifts
Ppl.does not allow multifrequency and a fast progressive overload, so it's not reccomandable for natty beginners

okay actually I'm not really a true beginner, I've like messed around in the gym and over the summer I did a brosplit from Bodybuilding forums.com , and before that I'd occasionally try Starting Strength but only for like a few months.
