Is there even a point in trying? Some people just have the genetics some just don't. Been training for 4 years, bulking for 2 years. keeping my protein intake high, doing lots of heavy compound movements. All that and I still look small and shit . After 4 years this is all i have to show.

Starting strength with chin ups in place of power cleans, then after 4 months replace chin ups with barbell.rows and use chin ups and dips as accessory lifts
Ppl.does not allow multifrequency and a fast progressive overload, so it's not reccomandable for natty beginners
For beginners the rep range is less important than you think

You're still a beginner, read the starting strength sticky in bodybuilding.com.but do chin ups in place of power cleans
In a few.months you'll look better than doing PPL due to progressive overload
Then after you're an intermediate do PHAT or german.volume training
For the first year of lifting natty strength = muscle
