we had a great debate about it the other day

many people here swear by it, and i tried to point out the drawbacks of a long term IF regime, such as binge disorders and massive fat gain once you resume into the plain 3+ meals a day

the youtube 'fitness' community won't help in that matter, because they cash on views and powder. IF is the buzzword of 2016 fitness crowd. Fasting is the last metabolic meme, that is literally hiding a plain old caloric deficit added to a training regime.

I'm looking somehow similar (good lightning given though). I'd assume him to DL atleast 5pl8s, SQ 4pl8s and BP 2.5-3pl8s. All for reps (3-5) of course.

I'd assume a time frame of atleast 3-4 years realistic - given you aren't a bitch afraid of putting on mass through eating a lot and "losing" your abs.

I'm a truck driver and I'm on the road 14+ hours a day 6/7 days a week . I have trouble falling asleep and usually sleep like 4-5 hours a night on a good day.

What can I take to help me fall asleep easily but doesnt make me feel shit to wake up.

I feel like the lack of sleep and my workout routine is fucking waring me down. And how much sleep should I get on average?

define 'making it' what are your goals? if you want to build muscle, it is not ideal.

it doesn't work like that. only heavy lifting builds muscle. you need weight.
if you do it correctly, you will squat 120-200 lbs after just one month of training. your dummbells will be too light.
you can't squat and deadlift with dumbbells. a) the weight is not heavy enough and b) dumbbells will hit the floor when squatting so you can't reach depth

you can probably make it, but it's slower and not ideal.
