I am low energy. How do I become high energy?

I stopped lifting because I had no energy. Last time I was in the gym I lifted for about 15 minutes before giving up. Now I just sit and sleep all day. After eating I usually feel so tired and low energy I lay down for a few hours.

How do I fix it?

I am 99lbs at 6'1.
I am trying to gain weight but it is really fucking hard. People think they can make fun of you for eating.

For example, in the store last night I was buying a few gallons of whole milk in a dark green jacket.
When the negress cashier saw me and my baggy clothes she laughed and loudly said 'damn honey, the cow eat your fellow blades of grass so yall takin revenge?'
I guess it was clever so forced a laugh.

It felt bad though. I ate nothing for the rest of the day even though I booked the afternoon off work to get some McDonalds and start refeeding.

Honesly i AM TOO weak to debate bullies. I just feel fatigued.

Why do people think mocking skinny guys is OK but mocking fats is somehow off limits?

Hey I have just 5 sets of squat, 5 set of overhead press, and 5 set of barbell row. I take 2 min rest between each set, this doesn't take long.

Anyone have any experience using this? I already lift heavy, but apparently the isometric training this gives is unique.

Not sure about the training potential but it is pretty good fun to spin it up and try and go for a new record whilst chilling watching TV or whatever.

I deff didn't get any visual forearm gains from it but maybe consistent use would help with overall wrist health, especially for rehabbing RSI or carpal tunnel.
