What would happen if you relax your body all the time other than when you work out? I do it now and my body temperature goes up so I guess it increase test?

From my early life on, I've had this habit of worrying way too much about things I don't control. This caused me to be extremely tense 24/7 and it fucked me up to the point of being a nervous wreck of an auschwitz-tier lanklet at age 30.

I'm now actively trying to differentiate between intensive exercise vs complete rest and peace of mind. A couple weeks in, my sleep has already improved a lot.

Is diet overrated and lifting itself underestimated?

Look at prisons, they have minmum control over their food and still make big gains, maintain muscle and probably don't eat that much.

Hello /fit/,

How do you train your core?
I'm doing compound lifts which involve activation of the core, but I feel it's not enough, so I'm looking to add isolation for my core.

I tried hanging leg raises, but my arms give out before my core. Also tried ab wheel rollouts, but I'm not strong enough yet.
Currently I'm only doing planks, which I feel is not enough.

I was wondering if any of you have tips/advice on how to best train your core and what worked for you. With core I mean the obliques, abs and erector spinae.

Would be nice to hear from some of you more experienced lifters.

How the hell do I cope with being 25 and driving around the city at 11 in the morning and seeing all these hot girls I never talked to ever while at university, knowing they fuck Chads regularly and go out to clubs while getting shitloads of attention and get shitloads of matches on Tinder and they easily know how easy their lives are?

How am I supposed to cope with having been friendless at university and never doing anything with any girl except prostitutes and knowing no girl has shown any interest in me ever? And in school I had friends but girls thought of me as a weirdo nerd (not that I talked to them or talked about my interests)?

Social conventions are a mask. I don't feel dumb or physically inadequate (although i wear glasses and do not have a good face, which obviously is a big factor) or insecure about things I can change. I am simply not a normie.

Right now I have been using bunk gear and bunk aromasin for 3 or more months and have been staying the same size even with diet in check.
No longer am interested in girls.
Have girls sending me nudes and giving me looks, dick doesn't work right now, dick has no feeling in it, am anxious over everything because my estrogen is sky-high.

Just ordered pharma gear and aromasin that should be here next week but until then i'm fucked.


My quality of life has severely diminished since then.

This is my life story guys.

All my life I've been medioce. I had a strong aversion to socialization becuse I felt smaller. I used to sweat a lot, go red and stutter like crazy when I was among crowds. I weighed 44kg at 5'10 back in highschool.

I'm now 21, trying to make it. But I can't. I'm trying so hard to eat good foods, but nothing holds on the long term. 53kg, still going to the gym, with a max squat of 70kg.

I need help to get out of that hell guys. I've read the sticky.

My problem isn't the quantity of food. I have the money to get my calories .But I don't have the appetite to ingest it.

Please help.
