Anyone have any experience using this? I already lift heavy, but apparently the isometric training this gives is unique.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Not sure about the training potential but it is pretty good fun to spin it up and try and go for a new record whilst chilling watching TV or whatever.
I deff didn't get any visual forearm gains from it but maybe consistent use would help with overall wrist health, especially for rehabbing RSI or carpal tunnel.

I lost mine I while ago and was thinking if getting one with a counter. I got mires on my forearms, but I'm not sure if that was just puberty gains or not. It definitely couldn't hurt, right?

Rock climber here, these little bastards are god-tier for grip strength/forearm gains
Also
What kind of little bitch only spins upto
1567?
If you're not spinning up to at least 8000 rpm you're not gonna make it

>Get to 10K+ RPM
>Feel like a boss
>World record is something like 25k
Giving a shout out to the grip strength gains.

That says 15673 it's just some pic on the internet btw. I've only ever had a plain one, which would you recommend?
Much respek for the rock climbing, always wanted to get into it myself
I'm a musician, got conscious about my hand getting tired because low endurance
It's a load of shit for grip strength, at least on my part. I got more out of just playing more

You got any response for Satan >>38730666

Yeah, a lot of playing fast for as long as possible, even until I couldn't fret a note anymore

>read a book on testosterone that mentions somekind of gymnastic pullup because it supposidly uses even more muscles than a deadlift
>tried to find a doubly gymnastics thingy rings to hoist up, but ceiling too low
>resistance training also has these rubber/spring things with ropes and grips
>now op puts forth another meme thing
>not sure if I should do a meme thing or just buy more plates.

>started doing fencing (bohurt and HEMA-type stuff, not car antenna tag) at age 16
>wrists promptly wrecked
>used Powerball for therapy and it helped a lot
It works man, just don't expects sick gains

What one do you think I should I get? I was leaning towards one with a counter.

My ex's landwhale family all used one.
I always get future fat chicks in their hightest form and dump them once they start to leave humanity

If you like beating your own records and seeing clear progression expressed in numbers gives you motivation - sure, go for counter. They are usually significantly more expensive though, and prone to malfunction.
There are also models that have motors starting the rotation for the user - even more expensive, even less reliable and pointless IMO.
