>dieting by eating smaller portions for 4 months+
>weight reducing, but not a lot
>stomach has reduced in size a lot, much flatter
What's up with that? The silhouette of my body is what I'm most concerned with so I'm very happy with this regime, I can finally see my dick again when I look down. But I've only lost like 2 kg. How come I didn't lose much more? Not complaining, just curious.
Are you exercising? You're probably gaining lean body mass and losing fat.
How much died you weigh at the start?

Cycling leisurely a few days a week, but the sunny days have gone - don't know if I can keep it up.

kek Is that calculation correct?

69.4/(71.5*1000)=0.0009706293796293706
100-0.0009706293796293706=99.99902937062937
math pro tip: to find out how many % x is of y, do x/y and multiply the result by 100, for example: 5/10*100=50

When you're a noob and used to be sedetary, you can build muscle and burn fat, simply by eating below maintenance and going to the gym. I started out 6 months ago. Cut 7kg in 4 months and saw my abs for the first time. 2 months ago I starded bulking. Already gained 6kg (probably some water) but still look nowhere as fat as I used to look when I began. Hell, my abs are even still visible in the right light.

Fuck off back to le eddit. Also jesus christ /fit/, this is primary/elementary school maths. You should fucking know this before you turn 13 years old. This isn't a life pro tip.

No. If he lost about 99.999 % of his bodyweight, he'd be left with almost nothing.
>>38730212
>69.4/(71.5*1000)...
Where does the 1000 come from?
>100-0.00...
Why do you deduct that number from 100?
I know that people make fun of meatheads being stupid, but damn.

>lost like 2 kg
>71.5kg ->69.4g
Sometimes my weight fluctuates like that form day to day. Are you sure you even lost weight?
>>38730980
Your daily weight fluctuation is more than 99,99% of your overall weight? That is a hardcore morning shit.
