Macronutrient wise, yeah, it's pretty much water.

But it does have citric acid which isn't great for your teeth and it has caffeine which is a positive or negative depending on whether you want caffeine or not.

So it's essentially water that will wear your teeth a little and give you a little caffeine boost.

Yes it is literally water as far as your body is concerned. Both the flavoring, carbonation, coloring agent and sweetener is indigestible. It's slower processed water but still water.
