Broad shoulders come from your bone structure, and I doubt that there's much of anything that you can do about smaller shoulders.

I eat one Newman's own pizza a week. The meat lovers. About 1000 calories for the entire pizza. This curbs the cravings for other bullshit. Protein chef has some badass desserts to eat healthy. Protein cookies are cool. All in all dont be retarded with your meals.

Whenever I slip I consider it carb refueling and increase volume for the next workout. This happens about once a week. So obviously slipping means something like low fat biscuits and not a fucking oreo shake. Usually that workout is good and extremely sweaty.
When I started cutting I was very strict about meal times and always starting with vegs & protein (a little bit like doggcrap) to get a good start, but now my BMR is high enough to ignore that mostly.
What are some good snacks other than almonds for keto?

Pic related there's a massive, bald Egyptian guy who looks like Apocalypse everyday in my gym between 5 or 8. He never talks to people and people never talk to him they just kind of scurry away from the bench when he enters.
There's this guy that every time I walk in, I see him resting on the bench press between sets. He rests for like 5 minutes between sets and he always has 205 on the bar. When he does his sets, he benched 205 between 3-5 times and then continues to rest for 5 minutes minimum.
I keep seeing these two asian guys who lift for ten minutes tops then leave. Hell, just today I saw some asian guy work out for s minute then rest for ten. What's with asians?
