Can't do any. I have nerve pain in my shoulders and can't do overhead presses or shoulder presses anymore. Although I was able to do 200lbs before i had to stop. Does anyone know solutions to nerve pain in the shoulders? I want to press again.

Passed out in the gym today
i was practicing my deadlift form when i suddenly felt the world spinning, blacked out and collapsed on my right side, i remember lying on the floor gaining conscience for at least 20 sec.
luckily i just fell on the floor without hitting anything. No one was around to see me
im thinking of asking the staff if i can see the security cam footage just to see how it looked

Had pretty low blood pressure and felt dizzy for a short time after standing up few years ago. Had a bad day and a hard leg workout. After I stood up after leg press I neaerly passed out but managed to sit down, then drink some water and start walking home. Puked my guts out at my front door and had to lay into my bed. Felt hot and cold, for 3 hours afterwards.

Has anyone else here invented excercises to help with the fact they have social anxiety?
I am far too nervous and worried sick by the thought of socialising to actually work out properly at the gym so I have been doing a few excercises that people won't know I am doing wrong
1. The cleanup
Basically I spend 30 minutes walking around organising the dumbbell rack, cleaning it, moving the dumbbells to the correct order etc. People suspect nothing as I wear similar colors to the staff. I get a good full body workout and for my mind as well
2. Seat adjustment.
Basically I walk around adjusting the seats on the machines. They are quite stiff so it is a difficult workout and it makes me seem like I am about to workout but I don't have to expose myself. Also lets me sniff the seats after a girl used it haha
3. Water fountain squat

I am too scared to work out properly but have been getting some good muscle gains.

Due to IBS and intestines issues, I can't eat oats. That is why I have to change my breakfast routine.
