It is a magic elixer OP. Apparently Socrates was a big fan. I started taking it years ago for skin and acid indigestion- (I know it is acid but it stops acid somehow)

I take the ACV with baking soda. the theory behind why it helps stop acid issues is because your body is trying to overcompensate not having enough acid which causes the discomfort, so the addition of a healthy acid balances you back to normal and your body isnt compensating by throwing acid around

I never cook so I just search the foods I buy and someone already entered them. I also generally eat the same 10 meals every week, so it's not that hard. but If I homecooked my own meals every day and made a wide variety of things, I'd probably not do it.

idk if you guys can help me but I have problems shaving.
I have a really thick hair that grows on my mustache, chin, and neck beard area. however, none grows on my sideburns so having a full beard unfortunately isn't an option.
I shave daily, but even by the end of the day, the dark hairs grow back and I have a gross 5 oclock mustache/neckbeard shadow. I'll shave in the AM and people ask me by night time "are you trying to grow out a beard?"
my skin isn't sensitve at all; I can even go against the grain without shaving cream. however, no matter what, the hair won't go away. I've used electric mustache trimmers and cartridges, but the stubble still exists. I've tried to repeatedly go over it but I end up bleeding at the pores where the stubble comes out without it going away. also,my hair is brown and I'm white, so it's not like it's just super dark or anything.
