Ay yo /fit/ let me ask you guys about face gains for a second.
I'm currently like 24-27% bf (haven't measured but guessing from pictures) and have some fat around my chin area. If I stretch it back I get this amazing jaw line.
So what the hell do I do? I'm not sure if it's muscle or too thin of a layer of fat to ever go away. Will I get face gains from say low 20% to low 10%?

anywhere from 15-12% or less will provide a nice jaw.

I'd say around 12% and of course lower bf is where your facial features become more prominent. Only one way to find out OP, work on lowering your bf%. Can use that as motivation, if you want to find out badly enough.
