Hey guys. I have a question. How can i be more strong and don't gain too much muscles. I wanna have some and look fit and shit, but i don't want have too much but, still being strong as fuck.

took 6 months of rest days to get back to a smaller size

It really is not bait. But i think in the future like years ahead. If i follow a routine that the owner of the gym gives me i could develop more muscles than strengh. I want to focus in strengh.
