I'm doing this HIIT workout on a stationary bicycle here at home, I want to prolong my lactic acid in the legs and to endure much longer.
The questions is however, how long, how often should I do the workout? Atm I do it every 2nd day and. Warmup for 10 minutes and then I work with high load for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, repeat that 15 times perhaps.
Sure I have noticed improvement but I don't know if I'm doing it all wrong or not.

That's pretty much it. In my 20's I did hiit 5 days/week with no issues. You might get bored though. Also if you aren't trashed in less than 20 min, you aren't going hard enough.

I did it in a pool so my joints didn't take a toll and my body seemed just fine. But yeah it's considered excessive by most.

lifting will gain you strength and mass depending on your exercises. if you want to lose weight keep doing what you're doing and calorie counting, but just add HIIT training twice a week in replace of weights. The fat will melt off you in no time, just you need to push yourself because HIIT makes you want to commit suicide if you're new to it.
Why should/n't I replace Conventional Deadlifts with Sumo Deadlifts?

I usually saute them lightly and then add them to omelets. Great source of micros with very few calories.
Yes: low in calories, reasonable amount of minerals, cheap, easy to cook
God mode: sauteed in butter or oil with onions
Throw them in soups or stews, put then raw on salads, make an omelette and put them in with spinach and onion, or make stuffed mushrooms, maybe buy a portabella and cut into strips and sautee (they come out almost tasting like meat)
The general tastes of food are sweet, sour, salty, and bitter/astringent, and the fifth is what the asians call umami , or savory and hearty. Mushrooms when sauteed fit into this category and contribute to mouthfeel.
