sup /fit/, im currently on a cut. I've seen some progress over the past few months but i have a problem with fruits. Even though i don't eat bad carbs such as candy bars and stuff, I crave an apple every fucking night. I can't stop eating fruit as soon as I take the first bite so it eventually leads to a binge. I started lifting in 2012, wasn't fat, but was a NEET.
Now I'm lean and muscular after 4+ years lifting, going on 5 years soon.
Still have pretty much zero self esteem because I haven't achieved the stuff that society values and respects (at my age: 29).
I'm still in school, trying hard to get a degree. Feel like I'm only just getting through. Still a KV, still no friends, still have depressive thoughts and feelings of retreatism on a daily basis.
I feel like lifting hasn't really done much for me besides make me feel better about my body, but at my age (29) nobody even really give a shit about your body anymore, it's all about money, jobs, house, car, etc, none of which I have.

I'm trying to lose a shit load of both fat AND muscle
yes lose muscle. I'm trying to get as small of a body as I can [spoiler]so I can try to have an androgynous appearance[/spoiler] but for whatever reason I have a shit load of bulky torso muscle without ever doing anything but sitting on my couch

So i went to the doctor today. Learned I am 388lbs, 6'1. I have been keto and staying well under 1500 cal. for 6 weeks. Ive also been at the gym 3 times a week (30 min cardio and lifting). I cant seem to notice any results. Am i just too whale to notice any weight loss yet, or have i simply not been going long enough? Feel free to shit all over me.
