No but I stopped squatting 3+ plates and stopped aiming for 4 plates.

I just squat 2 plates for a reps and maintain that. I'm a manlet (5'7) so 2 plates is enough for me, still have muscular development/separation/teardrops on quads just doing that. Yeah I don't have massive tree-trunks for legs, but I do have athletic muscular looking legs.

So currently my "home gym" consists of homemade parallel bars, a pullup bar and gymnast rings. Sometime this year I hope to get a power rack bench etc since I'm getting mighty sick of weighted dips and chinups.
Anyone who has a decent home gym post pics or describe it's glory.

as a vegan that doesn't want to use soy because of increased igf-1 levels, i'll have to settle for beans? are there any other choices? does anyone know anything about pea and brown rice protein powders? seems like those powders + beans are my only option. so if i were to get optimal protein intake from beans, it'll have to be 6 cups of uncooked beans each day. thats 300g of dietary fiber. is that even healthy?

I tried not squatting for the last 6 months ( after squatting consistently for 3+ years) and my ass actually atrophied to the point where it doesn't look anywhere near as sexy as it did before.

Warning: Don't stop squatting. Now I gotta rebuild again.
