How does throwing up work? If you eat a pizza and throw it up after five minutes can you really force out all of it? Should I eat a fruit before eating it so I know when the fruit appears when vomiting it means I threw up the whole pizza?

I've recently started planking. Why is it that every guide recommends you to initially do it for only 20 seconds, and why do I see people commenting "I can hardly do 40" on pages related to it? I'm a fat fuck, but 1 minute is about the time where I give up though I can stretch it a little further.

Am I doing something wrong or what the fuck is this?

Most likely you're doing it wrong. I did isometrics for a little while and the first month was me realizing my form was horrible. You need to learn how to engage your muscle groups like the first post says. If practiced correctly, you could learn to engage those muscle at any given moment.

I know I'm a weak ass faggot, but I DL'd 3.5plates today after 2.5 months of training deadlifts (was lifting for 11 months before it, but doing shitty brosplits) and I kinda feel good about it. Anyway, even on my warmup sets I've felt that sometimes I get a bit lightheaded rarely in the middle of the rep, sometimes after the rep, usually after. It's a very mild feeling, nothing bad, I don't see stars or anything, I can move just right, however today I've got it really bad. Basically I couldnt walk in a straight line at that point, I was pretty close to blacking out I think. I've tried to read up on it and I couldn't find anything about it, some say ditch valsalva, some say don't. I love deadlifting and don't want to stop doing it pls help what the fuck do I do wrong, how can I not get lightheaded, it didn't bother me before but I haven't gotten this close to actually blacking out yet. I wasn't training fasted, drank my whey with milk and ate a banana an hour before it.

Same type of thing happens to me sometimes. heavy squats or DL's. Only when I do a shit ton of reps or super high weight though. Everything gets kinda fuzzy and I need to chill out for around a minute or I feel like I could black out.

Has anyone else experienced this?
I woke up yesterday with a pain in my heel and I don't know why. I haven't done any lower body lifting since Friday and no cardio or anything after. It just came out of nowhere. Imagine you landed with your heel on the steel frame of a trampoline and had to walk a week later. It's that type of pain.
The only place that hurts directly to touch is right where my index finger is, nowhere else. There is no swelling or bruising. I don't think it's Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction.

I can't lift if this goes on, please respond.

The effects of it are blown way out of proportion online but if you're deficient in magnesium or zinc it will really boost your testosterone.

You can buy it at just about any supplement site or shop.

The effects aren't as tangible as people seem to say they are. I take it and it helps me sleep through the night, when otherwise I wake up 2-3 times a night. It makes me feel a bit more well rested in the morning but it honestly could just be placebo.

The dreams are pretty lit though.
