okay guys what the fuck is going on with my bench press

what the hell is going wrong. Im sticking to my training regime, my diet and lifestyle is pretty much constant (and Im weighting food) and Im actually getting weaker instead of getting stronger. Im hearbroken.

So I've had to take a few months off of most exercise because pneumonia. I'm starting to get back into it and I'm 240 and about 26% bodyfat right now. Should I eat at maintenance for the time being just to get my lifts and performance back up then proceed with a cut at -500ish calories so I can at least be strong?

I'm a sleeplet and always end up going to bed after midnight, then it takes me like an hour to fall asleep.

I wake up every morning feeling like shit and I want nothing more than to go back to sleep.

Anyone know how I can unfuck my sleeping? Help is deeply appreciated.

I am on Testosterone Replacement Therapy and I am 24. My testosterone has always been 200 ng/ml or lower even as a kid. I then had a pretty bad opiate addiction for a year before I switched to suboxone. I have read opiates will lower testosterone but suboxone does not.

So last year I went to a testosterone clinic and they did my bloodwork and it was still at the very minimum of the normal range.

They started me off with I think 150mg a week of Test Propianate and Cyprionate. I am not positive those are the two they use, but I can't find the bloodwork lab results where I asked and wrote down the dosages. From what they said they were giving me one that would peak immediately in a day or so and another that peaks in about three days. I go every week.

The first blood test after a few weeks of getting the weekly shots, my testosterone was still below normal but my estriodol had lowered. They said that was weird but "my body was adjusting to it" and they increased it.

Further bloodwork has shown my testosterone increasing even at the next week before I get that shot, I am am at around 400 ng/ml when the testosterone is not at is peak.

So I went from 125 to 150 to 165 and now 180mg of testosterone. The last bloodtest at 165 where it the blood was taken before that week's shot was given was at 400something ng/ml and 15 estriodol.

I read on a steroid website that they want to keep their estriodol at around 20-22. I am taking .25 anastozole in the middle of the week.

I also receive HCG. I think its 150mcg or something, I am not positive. I need to look for where I wrote this down or ask them again Monday to print out my last bloodwork and write down what dosages of everything they are giving me.

I do feel more energetic than before. I am not consistently lethargic. I am also, I guess, not as moody and depressed as I was-- I have always been and I think always will be depressed and anxious. I take 5mg clonazepam for epilepsy and anxiety sometimes more.

I don't think benzos reduce testosterone, so I don't think that has any bearing, but I thought I'd mention it in case I am misinformed.

I also started getting bad chest, shoulder, and back acne and some on the face. They gave me a zinc and vitamin B5 supplement, and I bought a zinc soap. It seems to have fixed that.

Soon I'll want kids. I have made sure to always have HCG every time I go in for my weekly shot. My balls have not shrunk.

I even asked them would it be wise if I went to a sperm clinic and froze some before I started this just in case. They said that wouldn't be necessary because I am not taking a gram of test a week like some bodybuilders do and I am taking HCG. And if I have to, I can take Clomid and stop the injections but keep taking HCG and my natural production should be back to what it was. They said the HCG would prevent a total shut down of my natural production.

Is this true? I am still worried about becoming infertile. They rarely do bloodwork now that I am stabilizing. They might do another in a few more weeks to see how the 180mg is treating me. If they see a huge increase if I take additional testosterone they will kick me out. I had to sign a paper. I am wanting to take some different steroids to really get /fit/, and they rarely do bloodchecks any more and after they get me at whatever level they think is good, they will do one maybe every 8 months if that.

I was thinking of just going hard and adding tren, from what I read, it won't change the level of testosterone they read from the bloodwork so no chance of me getting kicked out. But will it effect my fertility? Will I need to buy clomid and bump up the anastrozole for pct after a run of tren? I don't want to be zyzz or whoever the /fit/ mascot is now.

So, how would you guys proceed? I am thinking of doing a true stack of more testosterone (primabolin) or tren, or anavar, dbol, or something. I haven't decided exactly what stack I want to do first. I am just worried about my fertility, but with HCG and anastrazole and I can get clomid easily enough and aramosin or letrazole easy enough to do a PCT and stop the cycle do PCT while continuing the ordinary 180mg test they give me and HCG they give me, will I be risking infertility?

I won't go to the extreme, I know eating right and lifting hard is the cornerstone and steroids just help you get there faster.

But I want kids, and I don't want to be 30 with a wife unable to knock her up because I was stupid at 24.

What would you guys do?
