How do I leaned to bench properly?
What are some good reads, or watches, or just tips in general?
My bench has always been my worst lift, and I don't want to continue blaming it on my frame. I'm 6'4"

Bump i need to know this aswell, my HS football coach always told me to tuck my elbows.
However now im powerlifting and "general strength style" bench press just doesnt do it for me anymore. Yet i keep seeing raw powerlifters bench really wide (elbow wise) and flare their arms out bodybuilding style, isnt this style harmful?

It's to get you strong. Bench is a shit bodybuilding exercise anyway, and nobody sane wants to train powerlifting-style bench that is only good for bigger numbers.
The point of bench is to help make you stronger for bodybuilding shit.

Start all over.
Lower weight.
Vary grip, reps, sets.
Work shoulders and back more.
Retract and scrunch up your shoulders when you bench.
Do partials.
Use wrist wraps.
Breath.
Arch your back. Place feet firmly on ground.

Don't push "to" the point of your spotter... try to push through to the ceiling....
Pause on the chest with 20kgs less than what you can do for 5 reps. Pause for a count of 3.
Recall your lats "lower" the weight at the bottom of the "pyramid", so they need to be strong too.
