Hey /fit/, I am new here and need some help.
After reading the sticky a few months ago I started losing weight. I have so far lost 35 pounds and am down to 150-153. for the last 10 pounds I have been on a pretty harsh diet, but at 150 my progress went from 2-3 pounds a week to nothing. I am still eating below maintenance ( 5 7 eating around 1750 cal) and exercising normally but for the last 2 weeks i have made no progress. does anyone know how to get over this?

It's one of two things:
1) either you're not eating below maintenance
Or 2) you're making progress

also, if you are exercising then you should be gaining muscle, which will offset some fat loss

I,m 5 7 , I have gained some of muscle already but right now it seems like I'm not for some reason.

early losses come easily / quickly
early gains come slowly, but they are easy to notice so they seem more significant than they really are

Easy. Cut lower.
The safe number you shouldn't go lower was about 1500kcal for me.
