Just started to incorporate HIIT training into my cardio workouts, shit hurt senpai.
Have any of you tried it, proof that it works?
I know the main thing is only taking 30 second breaks but at times I needed a full minute- minute thirty to be able to feel my legs

my time fell off after doing 50 situps, 40 jump squats, and 30 push-ups. After that I had literally started to feel my body shaking like a fresh fucked whore. Burpees almost ended me.
I find it hard to imagine I'll be able to do it all through and through with only 30 second recoveries.

High intensity is at about 80-95% max BPM, not "run as fast as i fucking can" like some anime autist. If you can't feel your fucking legs for a full minute, you're obviously going too hard you moron.

And proof that it works? How about you google any of the numerous studies done on the subject. If you don't wanna do that, I can help you: the studies says it works very well.

It's genetics anon, depending on the fat distribution and severity of it you'll need a different approach, spot treatment is a meme but building muscle in certain areas can help your ass get smaller, depending on your ass phenotype

i live cologne which got flooded by muslims and refugees. here are the techniques i trained into my subconciousness:

>leg kicks
noone expect to get kicked in a fight, they leave their legs out, you kick they fall and you can easily mount them

>eye gouging
noone expects to get gouged in the eye. if someone is holding or choking you with one hand, bury your fingers in his eye socket and run

>guillotine and rear naked choke
if you end up taking the back or someone tries to put you down, sink them in. casuals dont know how to defend them. make shure you dont have to think about it when you do it, practice it with your pillow or friend

All these are really easy to learn and super effective, stay safe.

I've been lifting for 5 years and I am now at a point where I cannot bulk without gaining fat really fast because I am already carrying a lot of muscle naturally, therefore my body isn't primed to just automatically gain lots of muscle like it is as it does for a new lifter.


That said, I JUST started deadlifting recently, I can do 330x3x5, my goal is to hit 405x3x5.

Progress obviously isn't as fast as it could be due to the fact I cannot bulk properly now without gaining loads of fat, so how can I work around this issue? I don't want to take forever to progress my deadllift, but I also don't want to bulk as if I'm a 1st year lifter.

I'm 5'7 180 and 15% bodyfat, I'm pretty close to my natty limit right now after 5 years at this height/weight/bodyfat. I was 5'7 150 and 20%+ bodyfat when I started 5 years ago, so I'm 30lbs heavier and leaner.

Is it wrong for me to say that I kind of fucked myself over by not deadlifting from the very beginning 5 years ago?

I know people meme about "wasting noob gains" but I actually feel like I did.

I can NO LONGER get that "magic" noob gains effect by bulking hard and not gaining any fat and getting strong and just gaining muscle.


So in a way, I actually did waste my noob gains phase by leaving out deadlifts from my routine all this time until recently. I'm not seeing any "noob gains" tier progress on them, it's very slow, obviously because I'm not noob gains phase tier bulking.

I did my first deadlifts today
3x5 130lbs I felt like I could have added more weight without much struggle but I want to go gently since i'm a starter

I didn't know such a good feeling existed to man

Monday/Thursday: Bench 5x5 / Incline DB press 5x10 / DB rows 3 x 15

I've sinned, fit.
Some guy asked me to spot him at bench the other day, and we both made sure i wouldnt do shit unless he said so.
But the second it looked like he was gonna fail, my brain shut off, and i started helping him. I know he had at LEAST that rep in store, and yet I still robbed him of his fucking gains.
It's tearing me apart and i dont know what to do.
