How to keep gains while travelling?
Last time I went overseas for 6 weeks I LOST weight but my body-fat went UP. Would it be autistic if I continue to track macros and lift at local gyms while travelling?

Yeah, 6 weeks of not lifting and I lost 5kg overall body-weight, and lost definition on abdominal region, and gained love handles.
I rebounded pretty quickly once I got back into lifting, got back to my original self (before I left on holiday) within 3 months.

You're not going to gain that much fat while losing weight, you probably just lost water weight and glycogen stores which made your muscles look less filled out.
